Ethicality of Business Leadership

Abstract

Ethical leadership plays an essential role in the success of an organization. Against this background, this study aims to investigate whether leadership is ethical through the case of Volkswagen and the concept of ethical leadership. The studies I have performed showed that leaders can follow both ethical and unethical styles of leadership. Therefore, at the end of the essay, it can be said that leadership can be both ethical and unethical.
