Several smart home technologies, especially monitoring systems, have been developed by integrating several aspects, including security systems, fuzzy methods, and energy saving methods. However, the problem is how to build a smart home system that is accurate, convenient, and low-cost. In this research, the development of a smart home monitoring system that integrates wireless sensor networks (WSNs) and deep reinforcement learning (DRL) is carried out based on three parameters, i.e. temperature, humidity and CO2 level. The experimental method is carried out by (1) validating the accuracy quality of WSNs; (2) determining the best model implemented in the system; and (3) measuring the quality of the DRL system on the smart home monitoring system. Based on the test results, several indicators were obtained: (1) WSN testing resulted in an accuracy of 98.52%; (2) the accuracy of the modeling results implemented in the system is 97.70%; and (3) DRL system test on the smart home monitoring system through 21 test scenarios resulted in an accuracy of 95.52%. The indicators of testing this smart monitoring system prove that the developed system provides the advantages of accuracy, ease of use, and low cost.

However, the existing process flow can be further improved to better reflect the actual field processes and become more accurate. Process mining can enhance this process flow by creating a new process flow based on event logs or previously executed processes. One of the algorithms in process mining is genetic process mining, where process mining is performed multiple times over several generations and genetic algorithms such as crossover and mutation are applied to generate a more accurate process model compared to other process mining algorithms such as heuristic and inductive mining. After conducting experiments, the best process model that was produced was at the 100th generation which has a fitness point of 0.755910819 and precision point of 0.742857143, after examining the parameters and the resulting Petri net or process flow that was produced it was concluded that the process model obtained from the application of Genetic Process Mining to SMB Telkom University is not very good because the resulting Petri net has several duplicate activities and appears to be non-linear. This study evaluated the hyperparameters in the music genre classification process using CNN in the GTZAN dataset with 30-second duration data optimized using MFCC feature extraction. The model that is formed with a time of 3 (three) seconds classifies music genres in the first 3 seconds of music. This model has a high potential for error because the first 3 seconds of initial music are varied and cannot be used as a benchmark in determining music genres. This study performed hyperparameters on batch size, epoch, and split data set variables with various scenarios. However, many studies have shown the ineffective application of IT. In Gorontalo province, this can be seen in the e-readiness value of Gorontalo province as a prerequisite for successful IT implementation, which is still at 58.15 points, which means that it is at a moderate level of readiness. This shows that implementing IT governance in the local government of Gorontalo province is still not optimal in terms of performance or public services. This study aims to identify the design factors that need to be considered when implementing IT Governance to achieve better public service performance. This study uses a quantitative approach based on a survey method. The results showed six models at Level 3: BAI06, BAI07, DSS01, DSS03, DSS04, and DSS05. In addition, four models were at level 4: APO12, APO13, BAI10, and DSS02. Levels 3 and 4 show that the IT governance capability of the Gorontalo provincial government in each model is not yet optimal. This study recommends that the Gorontalo provincial government evaluate and formulate an effective IT Governance system by focusing on each model's IT Governance design factors to improve public service performance.

We focus our scrutiny on 4,462 reviews related to the UI within a larger dataset of 246,947. Almost a third of these critiques express dissatisfaction, predominantly pointing out issues related to the UI design and its functionality. The critiques underscore the potential of sentiment analysis as a tool to uncover areas of user-centric design that need improvement. To address these issues, it is necessary to incorporate user feedback and sentiment analysis into the design workflow, allowing a more in-depth understanding of user needs and facilitating more effective service enhancements. Embracing a user-centered methodology allows for UI fine-tuning, leading to better functionality and increased user contentment. Our investigation reveals a positive link between design refinements and usability ratings, indicating improved user experience satisfaction. To summarize, this research highlights the essential contribution of user feedback and sentiment analysis to detect and correct UI shortfalls, thus augmenting UX and contributing to the triumph of platforms like Bukalapak within Indonesia's dynamically changing e-commerce environment.

Within the Ministry of Finance, there is an organization responsible for providing IT services to various units and employees. One of the services offered by this organization is cloud computing, which supports the development of information systems. However, there are several challenges related to service fulfillment. For instance, the time required to fulfill a service is relatively long, taking two days, in contrast to public cloud providers, which can deliver their services in minutes. Additionally, there is a potential for human errors in the manual process carried out by the Request Fulfillment Team (RFT) during service delivery. This study aims to explore the design and implementation of automated container service fulfillment, transforming them into self-service products. The author employs the Finite-State Automata (FSA) model to test the input and output of the automation system using seven states and inputs. The results indicate that the container service cycle, when compiled and tested with FSA using predetermined inputs, can generate containers according to user-selected specifications. Bank XYZ uses Scrum as the methodology to develop ABC. Several problems were found in the process related to the delay in the release process. The achievement of sprint goals from May to December 2021 is only 6%. This fact allegedly caused some frequent release delays. To resolve the root causes, mixed-method research was conducted to provide recommendations for improving the implementation of Scrum. The Scrum Maturity Model questionnaires were distributed to several Scrum teams, followed by interviews with several roles that were used to validate the results. The key process area rating formula of the Agile maturity model was used to decide the maturity level. After the maturity level result was obtained, recommendation practices were generated from the not well-implemented practice. This case-based research shows that Bank XYZ reached maturity level 2 for ABC development. Bank XYZ has implemented 78 out of 79 practices, however, 28 practices need improvement and one practice needs to be applied. Objectives of maturity levels group recommendation practices. The combination of Scrum best practices and empirical practices from previous research generated those practices. Rice, which is one of the basic needs of the community, is currently in high demand. Therefore, the need for rice continues to increase year by year with the increase in the population of Indonesia. To maintain the quality and quantity of rice, it is necessary to continuously monitor which for developing countries, there are limited tools and costs to develop technology to deal with problems of maintaining rice quality, especially diseases in rice. Rice disease is influenced by various factors, some of which are season, weather, temperature, media, availability of water sources, etc. The purpose of this research is to prevent diseases from spreading and spreading in rice by making disease detectors in rice using a deep learning approach using the InceptionV3 method. There are four classes of rice diseases diagnosed, namely bacterial blight, blast, brown spot, and tungro. The total loaded data set is 5932 images used in this study. The InceptionV3 model used can learn hidden patterns in the image thanks to CNN transfer learning method technology with an accuracy of 97.47%. Data for this analysis were obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection (WOS-CC) that spans from 2019 to 2023. The study is based on a comprehensive collection of 985 documents that cover a substantial body of research findings related to the application of deep learning techniques in segmenting breast cancer images. The analysis reveals an annual increase in the number of published works at a rate of 16.69%, indicating a consistent and robust increase in research efforts during the specified time frame. Examining the occurrence of keywords from 2019 to 2023, it is evident that the term \"convolutional neural network\" exhibited a notable frequency, reaching its peak in 2021. However, the term \"machine learning\" demonstrated the highest overall frequency, peaking around 2021 as well. This emphasizes the importance of machine learning in the advancement of image segmentation algorithms and convolutional neural networks, which have shown exceptional effectiveness in image analysis tasks. Furthermore, the utilization of latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) to identify topics resulted in a relatively uniform distribution, with each topic having an equivalent number of abstracts. This indicates that the data set encompasses a diverse range of topics within the field of deep learning as it relates to breast cancer image segmentation. Based on the data on the implementation of education and training in 2022 in the MoF Central ICT Department, only 27.35% of the employees participated in education and training according to the proposed needs for both positions and individuals. This is partly due to mandatory training that must be attended by some or all employees, urgent needs in the current year, or substitute participants who are not from the same team or function. To address this issue, the association method of data mining techniques can be utilized to analyze historical data of employees. The study used the a priori algorithm to analyze historical data on employee positions, organizations, and education and training from 2011 to 2021. This research involved comparing various minimum support values, assuming that employees attended at least 2, 3, and 4 training courses, to calculate the corresponding minimum support values. The evaluation results of the model show that the best rules are generated with a minimum support value of 0.013 and a minimum confidence value of 0.6, which is a total of 10 rules.
