Retinal fundus scanning, a non-invasive method that is integral to the picture pre-processing phase, can be used to identify and monitor DR. Low intensity, irregular lighting, and inhomogeneous color are some of the main issues with DR fundus photographs. Analysis of aberrant characteristics on retinal fundus images to identify diabetic retinopathy is one of the key responsibilities of image enhancement. However, a variety of approaches have been created and it is unknown whether one is best suited for use with images of the retinal fundus. This study investigated various image enhancement methods in order to see aberrant abnormalities on retinal fundus pictures more clearly. The contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE) method, the gray-level slicing method, the median filtering method, and the low light method are image improvement methods used to enhance images of the retinal fundus. The parameters Natural Image Quality Evaluator (NIQE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), and entropy will be used to assess each image enhancement technique's performance. An ophthalmologist from Sains University Hospital (HUSM) provided the image data. These services are subject to potential internal abuse risks, either due to system vulnerabilities or other factors. However, the investigation of these incidents in private cloud computing varies greatly due to the different frameworks and unique characteristics of each cloud service. The lack of a standardized approach to analyzing and assessing investigative processes in cloud computing services has been a persistent problem. This lack of consensus affects the accuracy, efficiency, and data acquisition process when dealing with digital evidence in each method, causing concern among researchers. To overcome this, a comparative study was carried out with a focus on the ADAM (The Advanced Data Acquisition Model) method and the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) method. The goal is to identify the most effective investigative process to deal with cyber attack incidents on both the server and client side of cloud computing services. By testing these methods in a network that is built on private cloud computing services, then the results from this research include the weaknesses and strengths of the ADAM and NIST methods are found when applied to cloud computing case studies and these have not been identified in previous research, then produce recommendations for investigators when conducting investigations on case studies on cloud computing, and in this study managed to find a bug in the ownCloud application version 10.9.1. Personality detection on social media is a research topic commonly conducted in computer science. Personality models often used for personality detection research are the Big Five Indicator (BFI) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) models. Unlike the BFI, which classifies personalities based on an individual’s traits, the MBTI model classifies personalities based on the type of the individual. So, MBTI performs better in several scenarios than the Big Five model. Many studies use machine learning to detect personality on social media, such as Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, and Support Vector Machine. With the recent popularity of Deep Learning, we can use language models such as DistilBERT to classify personality on social media. Because of DistilBERT’s ability to process large sentences and the ability for parallelization thanks to the transformer architecture. Therefore, the proposed research will detect MBTI personality on Reddit using DistilBERT. The evaluation shows that removing stopwords on the data preprocessing stage can reduce the model’s performance, and with class imbalance handling, DistilBERT performs worse than without class imbalance handling. Various kinds of crimes have often occurred on computer networks. It is very demanding to build a computer network architecture that is safe from attacks to protect the data transacted. If there has been an attack on the computer network, of course, further investigation must be carried out to identify the attacker and the motive for the attack. An additional need is to evaluate the security of the network. This article reports a systematic review of the literature aiming to map the classification of attacks on computer networks and map future research. Based on the exploration, 30 key studies were selected that reveal the mapping of attack classifications on computer networks. The results of the literature review show that attacks on computer networks vary widely. Based on the results of the literature review conducted, it produces a roadmap for future research, which is to classify attacks on computer networks using a machine learning approach. The use of machine learning serves to help classify and investigate the needs for attacks on computer networks. Various projects run in parallel to support the success of telecommunications companies. The potential of a project can increase company revenue and productivity. On the other hand, there are some risks that need to be considered for every project when it is about to start. Project data is recorded from start to finish so that the project's progress and improvements can be monitored and analyzed. As the project runs, the project team at one of Indonesia's telecommunication companies, which is responsible for the processes leading to project success, requires a project health category. Therefore, this study is conducted to develop a clustering project health process, which is included in a type of unsupervised learning that runs on unlabeled data. One of the clustering algorithms is K-Means, which groups data based on similar criteria. Researchers also use dimensionality reduction with the principal component analysis (PCA) method to determine its impact on the clustering process with the K-Means algorithm. From this study, the researcher obtained three groups or project health categories, consisting of groups 0, 1, and 2. This makes teachers unable to give exams to students if they do not attend school. The purpose of this research is to create an online exam system to facilitate exam administration using the Model View Controller (MVC) to assess online English exams. The analytical method uses the System Usability Scale (SUS), to collect data using an electronic test (e-Test).Unifield Modeling Language (UML), a visual modeling technique used in designing and building object-oriented software for E-Test applications.The results showed that the use of the E-test application in a comparison class in English subjects could improve student learning outcomes to a higher level, from a score of 81.7 to 90.9. Compared to the control class, there was a slight increase, namely an increase in value from 71.5 to 75.8. However, P2P lending has a credit risk problem characterized by a high failure rate for borrowers to repay their loans. Therefore, a system was necessary to detect credit risk to minimize the risk of P2P lending. In this study, a system had been built using the CatBoost method; the dataset used was taken from the Bondora loan dataset. To measure the performance of the CatBoost algorithm, an evaluation matrix was performed using ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristics) curves and AUC (Area Under Curve) was performed. The experiment consists of three scenarios, of which the best result regards Scenario 2 with a data splitting of 90:10. In order to detect heart related problems, heart rates must be monitored. Monitoring heart rate can be done with several methods, from stethoscope, to sensors such as PPG and ECG sensors. However, those monitoring can be impractical as it requires doctor visitations. In order to simplify the process, smartwatch is used. Those devices are usually equipped with heart rate monitoring sensors, and many others. However, some previously researched smartwatch-based systems used in monitoring health are cost prohibitive as some requires their own server, high price of smartwatches used, and cumbersome to use. The goal of this research is to build cost effective heart rate monitoring using cheap smartwatches. A proposed system using smartwatch and Android device is used alongside with Whatsapp messaging, with ringtone that plays when emergency situation happened. The message contains GPS location and emergency condition. The resulting system does not require custom made server and nets an acceptable GPS coordinate accuracy outdoors, but not so accurate indoors. It also does not require expensive smartwatches. One of the institutions that require dynamic data storage is Statistics Indonesia (BPS). Currently, data storage for census and survey activities at BPS is done using a relational database, although there are metadata changes in each activity. Accommodating metadata changes in each activity requires one database, which creates problems when retrieving some raw data. There is an opportunity for convenience if the data collected is stored in a non-relational database, one of which is a graph database. This research discusses the modeling of metadata and data from censuses and surveys at BPS using a graph database. Then we implement the Neo4j DBMS and compare the proposed model with the relational model in the Microsoft SQL Server DBMS. Then, a comparison of the features and characteristics of each DBMS is done, and finally, performance testing is done with Apache JMeter. This has an impact on the emergence of many business actors in the e-Commerce field, which brings its own challenges to stay alive and face the competition. The demands for innovation in competitive competition are also increasingly diverse with various approaches ranging from technology, social science, management science, and even artificial intelligence. One form of innovation that is widely carried out by e-Commerce today is looking for an ideal and effective form of marketing, where the form of marketing itself is considered less able to accommodate e-Commerce needs. One form of real innovation in finding the ideal and effective marketing is precision marketing. Precision marketing itself is marketing that is carried out by utilizing data where consumers are the center of preference for data collection. In fact, many of the e-commerce companies that were launched were unable to keep up with the competition because they were unable to develop marketing strategies and eventually went bankrupt. Therefore, we need a special way to bridge these problems so that e-Commerce can stay alive, especially for e-Commerce classified as Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This research will focus on developing a precision marketing model in e-Commerce for small businesses, namely orebae.com which can be used as a tool in the development of marketing strategies. This research was carried out using a machine learning approach by adopting a decision tree algorithm.
