A dimensionality reduction method which is based on improved differential evolution algorithm is presented aiming at the problem of multi constraint optimization. The use of locally optimal mutation strategy accelerates the convergence speed of the algorithm, improves local search ability of differential evolution algorithm and the population diversity, solves the premature convergence problem. At the same time, the proposed method transforms the positions of two-dimensional concentric ring arrays optimization design into one-dimensional linear array, realizes the joint optimization of all the array elements, reduces algorithm complexity, while ensures the array side lobe performance. It outputs gender and age groups of the facial images captured from the camera. We use Adience dataset to train GoogLeNet. Asynchronous Stochastic Gradient Descent based on multi-GPUs is used to optimize training process. We intend to use the trained network to build a classification system in real world to show the practicability. For instance, it can apply to a targeted delivery in bus stop or department store. The results indicate that the accuracy of the classification network can be improved by pre-training. In addition, the multi-GPUs training platform can improve the training speed during the recognition. This paper adopts an improved TFIDF method calculating the weight of feature words. Though experiments, the CAE and SAE (Sparse Auto-Encoder) are compared, the support vector machine (SVM) is used to classify text. The first is that it is invalid to seal with rotation angle. The second is that the algorithm is complex. In view of this two shortcomings, the seal identification based on adaptive rotation and approximation is proposed. To solve the first question, circular seal is recognized by matching between the template adaptively rotating about central point and test seal. To solve the next question, the correlation between template and test seal is obtained by calculating the correlation of Boolean of their binary image. And at the same time, a new clustering algorithm named DBSCAN&Chameleon based on DBSCAN and Chameleon is introduced in this paper. Ground-based beamforming system transfers the beamforming operation to the ground, but we face the problem of too much down link data and too many channels especially in the case of a lot of antenna array elements. The space-ground hybrid beamforming technology combines the advantages of these two projects. First, we adopt FAPI algorithm to extract the subspace of desired signal and interference signals to realize the compression of the matrix, which effectively decreases the amount of down link data. Then, signals transmit through channels to the ground. We use LCMV iteration algorithm to make signals beamformed. This technology not only lightens the space processing burden, but also reduces the number of channels and saves channel resources. It is noted that the traditional battery power supply method restricted the development of electronic products. Vibration energy harvesting is one of the most promising solutions. Because the vibration frequency in normal circumstance is about 1–100Hz, the lower resonant frequency of piezoelectric harvester is demanded. Based on the piezoelectric effect, the characteristics of a novel kind of Double-Fork piezoelectric energy harvester (DFPEH) was studied. A model of the DFPEH was built in the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the corresponding static analysis, modal analysis, harmonic response analysis were made sequentially. Results show that the first three order resonance frequencies of the harvester are 21Hz, 47Hz and 91Hz separately, which are suitable for low-frequency vibration environment. The frequency gap between the first-order resonant frequency and the second-order resonant frequency is 26Hz. Besides, the 3dB bandwidth of the first-order resonant frequency is 8Hz under condition of acceleration value 9.9m/s2 and the damping factor 0.025, which is applied on the fixed end of the DFPEH. Calibration tests of sensors were carried out, and the relation of strain and resistance output at different range was determined. Temperature and humidity tests of flexible large strain sensors were also carried out, and it was concluded that the resistance output of sensor had 5% drift within the range of 0°C-60°C, and had about ±3%drift within the whole humidity range. The drift is greater in the humidity range of 60% to 90%, but the temperature and humidity compensation can be carried out by using a compensation curve.
