摘要

基于模板匹配的圆形印章识别作为一种经典算法,存在着两大不足。一是旋转角度密封无效。二是算法复杂。针对这两个缺点,提出了一种基于自适应旋转和近似的密封识别方法。为了解决第一个问题,通过自适应绕中心点旋转的模板与试验密封的匹配来识别圆密封。为了解决下一个问题,通过计算模板和测试密封二值图像的布尔相关性,得到模板和测试密封之间的相关性。实验结果表明,新算法有效地解决了基于模板匹配的印章识别的两个缺点。
