In order to alleviate the influence of the operating ambient temperature on the performance of MSRA, this paper analyzes temperature characteristics of the ring pipe, builds the mathematical model reflecting the relationship between the voltage and temperature of the ring pipe, and derives the functional relationship between the resonator's resonant frequency and the ring pipe's voltage. Following that, the ring pipe's voltage is adopted for direct temperature compensation of the resonator's resonant frequency. This study aimed to reduce a fast transient overvoltage and secondary cable terminal interference voltage. Simulation and analysis involved the substation EMTP calculation model of the conducted interference of the primary and secondary systems for the fast transient overvoltage caused by the switching operation and secondary cable in the conducted interference protection measures. Furthermore, various protective measures for the isolating-switch switching no-load transformer were analyzed. First of all, single frame from video sequence is wiped off noise by the median filtering and average filtering, after that, the skin color segmentation of the preprocessed images was performed using the simple skin color model established in YCbCr space. We use geometric rules to exclude a part of facelike region in order to further accelerate the speed of face detection, and then use the classifier for the remaining face detection. The aim of this paper is to study the effect of brain structure to BMIT signal detection through simulation. Firstly, a three-dimensional simplified brain model of three layers is established. A new BMIT simulation system is presented based on the new brain model. Secondly, Comsol software is used to simulate the effects of the brain structure conductivity to BMIT signal detection. Finally, the phase data at the imaging region boundary coil is collected. The results show that the skull to BMIT signal is attenuation, the attenuation ratio of 0.318, and the scalp to BMIT signal is enhanced, the enhance ratio of 0.091. Generally, a main station will be set up in the network, through which the control, detection, management and maintenance of the entire network can be implemented. One of the drawbacks of the network containing main station is its strong dependence, once the main station is malfunctioned or destroyed, the whole network will paralyze. In the network management structure, the network corresponding to the network with a main station is generally defined as self-organization network. This paper proposes a self-organization method based on single-frequency TDMA for small satellite communication network, which can transmit multiple type of business and contains a small number of sites. As there is no main station, the construction period is shorter and the cost is lower. In this way, the individual structure of high fitness is not destroyed, and the phenomenon of slow search speed is overcome, thereby it effectively improves the speed and quality of the test paper. High-throughput DNase-seq arrays have been used to depict in vivo DNase footprints with single base pair resolution. Many different computational methods have been developed to predict binding sites through the DNase-seq footprinting. However, cleavage bias of DNaseI leads to a negative impact on the prediction accuracy. In this study, we present a new method to reduce the impact of this sequence-specific bias.
