Calibration tests of sensors were carried out, and the relation of strain and resistance output at different range was determined. Temperature and humidity tests of flexible large strain sensors were also carried out, and it was concluded that the resistance output of sensor had 5% drift within the range of 0°C-60°C, and had about ±3%drift within the whole humidity range. The drift is greater in the humidity range of 60% to 90%, but the temperature and humidity compensation can be carried out by using a compensation curve.
