The drift is greater in the humidity range of 60% to 90%, but the temperature and humidity compensation can be carried out by using a compensation curve. 摘要

针对固体推进剂的大应变测量,分析了目前成熟测量方法的不适用性,成功研制了新型柔性大应变传感器。对传感器进行了标定试验,确定了不同量程下应变与电阻输出的关系。对柔性大应变传感器进行了温湿度测试,结果表明,在0℃~ 60℃范围内,传感器的电阻输出有5%的漂移,在整个湿度范围内有±3%的漂移。在60% ~ 90%的湿度范围内,漂移较大,但可以采用补偿曲线进行温湿度补偿。研究结果可为固体推进剂的大应变测量提供技术支持,提高导弹武器系统的可靠性,具有重要意义。
