The article provides an overview of the main domestic and foreign models that allow assessing the state of staff involvement, exploring the structure of involvement, finding its main bottlenecks and opportunities for development. As one of the effective tools used to increase the level of employee engagement, it is proposed to form a team of employees who transmit the values of the organization and who have gained the trust of their colleagues, i.e. the ambassadors. The article pays special attention to the description of the Ambassador activities, their communications at different levels of the organizational structure, the role of such employees’ influence on the involvement of the team, the development of the employer’s brand and the increase of corporate culture’s influence. The article also proposes ways of selecting candidates for the role of Ambassador and the requirements for them. Labor potential is a combination of organizational, personnel, professional and qualification labor potential, which, if developed, have a noticeable impact on production efficiency indicators. That is, we can say that the labor potential can be measured by the number of products that can be produced with the most effective combination of workers’ labor with the material resources at the disposal of the organization. There is a problem of evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s employees. The model of V. V. Leontiev is one of the mathematical tools that make it possible to evaluate the considered set of social objects for the possibility of carrying out further sociological research with it. This tool can be used as an element of a quantitative strategy. The empirical basis of the study was the results of data monitoring carried out as part of the substantiation of the theory of the penetration of international management standards into the activities of social facilities located on the territory of the Russian Federation. The period of time covering the assessment of the behavior of social objects was from 1993 to 2021. The study shows that the key characteristics that determine the behavior of social facilities when international quality management standards are introduced are their size, type of activity, and geographical location. Factors that largely predetermine the behavior of social facilities in the context of the penetration of international quality management standards into their activities are historical, demographic and geographical. The consideration of the penetration theory is based on the hierarchy of social objects (scalar chain), which represents their interconnection and mutual influence on each other. To substantiate the possibility of classifying this tool as sociological monitoring, in the article we considered the typification of industries based on the results of their activities and the application of this typification to justify the dissemination of international quality management standards throughout Russia, based on the theory of penetration. Based on the results of using the model of V.V. Leontiev in sociological research, we identified the risks of sociological research in ongoing quantitative strategies, as well as the role of the social component in the phenomenon we studied. \u0000The article focuses on changing the lifestyle and behavior of social objects through organizations belonging to social sectors. The authors propose a model of working with personnel based on the division of functions and the organization of interaction between managers and staff services. The necessity of involving middle and line management in personnel management in order to increase the role and responsibility of managers at all levels in personnel management is argued. A system of measures aimed at increasing this involvement is proposed. The elements of an eff ective motivation system are studied in detail. Research methods: observation, analysis of internal documentation; questionnaire to study the preferred and used channels of internal communications; questionnaire of satisfaction with internal communications and quality of communications in the organization. The sample was 162 people from ten different production enterprises of the Krasnodar Territory. To analyze the characteristics of companies, interviews were conducted with managers and ordinary employees, as well as an analysis of the regulatory framework of enterprises. The results of the study made it possible to determine the positive aspects of internal organizational communications, to identify problem areas and ways to eliminate them. The interest in loyalty is just as high among the management of organizations, which is not due to the simple socio-economic conditions in which Russian business finds itself. Great interest in loyalty also opens up a research problem: loyalty programs developed at enterprises do not always ensure that loyalty is maintained at the proper level. This article is devoted to the resolution of this problem. In it, the author proposes a set of tools for regulating the loyalty of personnel in an organization. Tools by themselves do not have a regulatory effect on loyalty. In order for the tools to start functioning, a structure is needed that uses them. As such a structure, usually, there are divisions of personnel management services, sometimes, such a structure may be a trade union loyal to the organization. The main mission of the structure that regulates the loyalty of personnel is the implementation of the principle: to serve one’s company with interest. Such a principle is unlikely to ever be fully realized. But this is a very important social landmark of the company, to which it is necessary to set the employees. At the same time, like any social landmark, it is effective as long as the individual associates his personal success with it. The success of an organization’s loyalty programs depends to a large extent on the valid use of loyalty tools by the structures designed in organizations to regulate loyalty.
