Moskvicheva","doi":"10.12737/2305-7807-2023-12-2-43-48","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12737/2305-7807-2023-12-2-43-48","url":null,"abstract":"Currently, the national project «Healthcare» is being actively implemented in the Russian Federation, the most important tasks of which are to increase the availability of medical care and the quality of medical services, the development of high-tech methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases, strengthening the personnel reserve of the industry and achieving maximum staffing of medical organizations at various levels with doctors, secondary and junior medical personnel. As a basis for achieving these goals, of course, an increase in the level of motivation, satisfaction and psycho-emotional well-being of healthcare workers should be considered, which can contribute to the retention of existing and influx of young personnel, increase the level of staff working capacity, increase the quality of services provided and the availability of medical care. The peculiarities of the doctor’s work determine a consistently high level of work stress, which to a certain extent is determined by individual factors and personal characteristics of the specialist, as well as a number of organizational predictors. The degree of satisfaction of healthcare professionals with the workflow largely determines the quality and availability of medical care. The article examines the impact of digital technologies on brand management in the system of intellectual assets of the enterprise. Definitions of such concepts as «brand», «branding», «intellectual asset», «digital transformation», «brand management» are given, the strategic stages of brand management are covered in detail. The advantages of information and communication technologies for the development of brand management of the organization are noted and the importance of their application in the activities of the enterprise is emphasized. The criteria for personnel readiness of  service and hospitality enterprises are determined and its interdisciplinarity is  demonstrated as  a qualitative indicator of the level of service. Successful projects of personnel readiness are demonstrated, which are an important factor in the development of gastronomic tourism development management. The principle of creating tourist flows is singled out and their categorization is determined. The subject of sociology of management  is  analyzed — the study of  the motivation of  tourists, their satisfaction, the expansion of  emotional experience, the impact of moti-vation on the views and values of tourists. The data on the dynamics of their careers (changing positions in a specifi c time frame); on functional responsibilities; on personal qualities that contribute to career advancement; on job promotion plans for the next fi ve years; on the benefi ts of practice, extracurricular and research activities at the university for career and professional development are analyzed. At the same time, the most useful academic disciplines and missing competencies have been identifi ed for graduates-current specialists in the HR fi eld, plans for the development of necessary professional and personal qualities, goals for the realization of interests related to their profession (fi eld of activity) have been revealed. It is noted that the main goal of this concept is to increase the level of well-being of personnel, their deep and productive involvement in the company’s activities. The main components that affect the productivity of workers from the position of the WPWBC are considered. These are programs that affect: physical and psychological health , a comfortable working environment, financial well-being and professional growth. The essence of these components and the advanced directions of their development are analyzed. The relationship between the theory of justice and WPWBC is shown. The theory of distributive justice is based on the belief that employees become demotivated towards their job and their employer if they believe that their contribution is greater than what they receive as a result of their work in the organization. These processes contribute to sales growth, increase customer loyalty and reduce staff turnover. At the same time, research organizations reveal that almost 80% of employees of companies around the world are disappointed in their work. This circumstance reduces their productivity and contribution to the development of the organizations in which they work. Specialists identify conditions that neutralize dissatisfaction and increase employee motivation. At the same time, special attention is paid to the involvement of the employee in the creative flow, which contributes to his development and improvement of his results. The appearance of new employees in the organization, as a rule, slows down the activities of the organization, since each newly arrived employee comes with his own unique experience from other places of work or positions, someone comes fi rst (without work experience at all), everyone has their own views on professional activities and personal values, and not necessarily these views will coincide with the views of the organization as a whole and the team in particular. The adaptation of personnel in an organization is an important link in human resource management. In the end, when a person becomes an employee of an organization, he faces a number of diff erent organizational problems that cannot be solved without the help of colleagues and management. The beginner must accept and adapt to the new professional and socio-psychological conditions of work. Managing the adaptation of new employees in a team is an important link in the personnel management chain. The purpose of the study is to study the problem of employment of university graduates with disabilities from the positions of all stakeholders: the employer, the graduate himself and the educational organization of higher education. The following research methods are used: secondary analysis of data from Russian and foreign studies, as well as methods of collecting primary information: a survey of representatives of employers, as well as students and graduates with disabilities (in the form of a questionnaire). As a result of the study, the real readiness of Russian employers to expand opportunities for interaction on vocational training and employment was revealed, but with a high degree of concern about the existing formal difficulties of employment.
