Abstract
In modern market conditions, it is an important factor in the work of the organization to select applicants for a vacant position with high quality. In order for companies to remain competitive, it is necessary to identify highly qualifi ed specialists from among other applicants for a vacant position, to properly organize the selection of personnel between all candidates corresponding to the vacancy.
