Abstract

Active economic transformations based on the dynamic change of the economic structure of the last decades of society’s development inevitably lead to the emergence of new professions that require the design and development of new competencies. Professionals combining hard and soft skills are scarce, and the need for them will only increase. The article considers the essence of the concept of soft skills, analyzes their typologies. The study, the purpose of which was to analyze the demand for soft skills in the labor market in the area of human resource management and the correspondence of higher school students’ ideas about soft skills in the field of HR management to the employer’s vision, revealed the need for constant monitoring of changes in the dynamics of soft skills and taking these changes into account when designing educational programs that will most contribute to their formation along with professional hard skills.
人力资源经理的“软技能”:劳动力市场的要求和教育环境的形成
基于过去几十年社会发展中经济结构的动态变化的积极经济转型不可避免地导致需要设计和开发新能力的新职业的出现。软硬结合的专业人才稀缺,对他们的需求只会增加。本文思考了软技能概念的本质,分析了软技能的类型。该研究的目的是分析劳动力市场对人力资源管理领域软技能的需求,以及高校学生对人力资源管理领域软技能的看法与雇主愿景的对应关系。揭示了不断监测软技能动态变化的必要性,并在设计教育计划时考虑到这些变化,这些变化将最有助于软技能和专业硬技能的形成。
