Professionals combining hard and soft skills are scarce, and the need for them will only increase. The article considers the essence of the concept of soft skills, analyzes their typologies. Abstract
Active economic transformations based on the dynamic change of the economic structure of the last decades of society’s development inevitably lead to the emergence of new professions that require the design and development of new competencies.
