Premierement, le travail renvoie a une tentative permanente de negociation avec les normes. Deuxiemement, toute forme d’intervention sur le travail caracterise deux formes de savoirs (conceptuels et de la renormativite) auxquels se confrontent a la fois enqueteurs et sujets enquetes. Troisiemement, les transformations dans la facon de faire son travail, provoquees par l’intervention, sont liees a la posture de « Dispositif dynamique a trois poles ». En appui sur le cadre conceptuel de J.
