At that age the uterus of a young woman is very sensitive. The juvenile cervix is ​​more susceptible to carcinogenic stimuli because of the active process of metaplasia, which occurs in the transformation zone during the developmental period. Squamous epithelial metaplasia is usually a physiological process. But under the influence of carcinogens, cell changes can occur resulting in a pathological transformation zone (Melva, 2017). These atypical changes initiate a process called cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN) which is the preinvasive phase of cervical cancer. Under the age of 18, a woman's reproductive organs are still very weak. If she is pregnant, then As a result, it will be easy to miscarry because the uterus is not that strong, making it difficult for the fetus to attach to the uterine wall. This type of research is descriptive research with the method used is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was taken from the entire population, because the method used was total sampling with a total of 46 people. This study uses a cross-sectional or cross-sectional design which can show the relationship between the independent and dependent variables but cannot show a causal relationship. The results of the study that based on the results of the Paired Samples t Test correlation test obtained a p-value of 0.00. During pregnancy, attention from family members is needed by the mother, especially the attention of the husband. Small things that husbands do have significant meaning in improving psychological health in a better direction. Purpose of Writing: To obtain in-depth information about the husband's knowledge and attitudes in dealing with a wife who has nausea and vomiting in the first trimester at PMB D. Research Methods: This study used a qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews (depth interviews) and FGD (Focus Group Discussion), namely to obtain in-depth information about the knowledge and attitudes of husbands in dealing with wives who have nausea and vomiting in the first trimester, so that it is possible to obtain implicit information (insight). Research Results: Knowledge of husbands in dealing with wives who have nausea and vomiting in the first trimester shows that there are still many informants who have poor knowledge about the causes, symptoms and complications of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. The husband's attitude in dealing with his wife who had nausea and vomiting in the first trimester showed that most of the informants had a positive attitude as shown by paying attention, namely buying food such as fruit to relieve nausea, encouraging mothers to avoid spicy/sour foods, always accompanying mothers to check their pregnancy and being more understanding of what pregnant women feel. Aloe vera includes a variety of vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A and C, amino acids, copper, inositol, and others. The extract from moringa leaves also includes tanins, vital amino acids, vitamin C, vitamin E, and other nutrients. One of the products with 2% minoxidil is employed as a positive control. Several hair diseases are treated off-label with the powerful arteriol vasoconstrictor minoxidil, which can also promote hair growth. In order to determine the effectiveness of Natural Hair Growth Tonic, tests were done on male New Zealand white rabbit hair. Avemor (Aloe vera and Moringa oleifera) is one of the products containing 2% minoxidil, with variations in the content of dried moringa leaf extracts of 2%, 4%, and 6% in comparison to the positive control. On the backs of five rabbits, six test regions were created, and each area received a different treatment every day using a sample volume of 0.5 ml. Results of the Natural Hair Growth Tonic's physical evaluation: Avemor (Aloe vera and Moringa oleifera) has a liquid shape, a distinct aroma, a pH of 6, and is homogeneous with the yellow-golden color of the formulae 1 and 2 as well as the golden brown in the formula 3. It also varies in the concentration of the dried moringa leaf extracts. Formula 4 (negative control) has the appearance of a liquid, is dazzling white in color, and emits a distinct odor. Additionally, formula 5 (positive control) has a liquid-like consistency, a vivid yellowish color, and a distinguishable scent. The average reserve viscosity for formula 1 was 2.96 ± 0.14 cPs, for formula 2 it was 2.99 ± 0.10 cPs, and for formula 3 it was 4.05 ± 0.07 cPs. Formula 4 (negative control) had a value 2.96 ± 0.10 cPs, and formula 5 (positive control) had a value of 1.82 ± 0.03 cPs. The average result of rabbit hair growth on the seventh day for treatment 1 is 0.22 ± 0.17 cm, treatment 2 is 0.30 ± 0.23 cm, treatment 3 is 0.42 ± 0.42 cm, treatment 4 is 0.58 ± 0.47 cm, treatment 5 is 0.68 ± 0.36 cm, and treatment 6 is 0.90 ± 0.42 cm. On the 14th day of treatment 1, the average result of rabbit hair growth was 0.43 ± 0.06 cm; on the same day, treatment 2, 0.27± 0.18 cm; on the same day, treatment 3, 0.42 ± 0.33 cm; on the same day, treatment 4, 0.77 ± 0.22 cm; on the same day, treatment 5, 0.28 ± 0.24 cm; and on the same day, treatment 6, 0.43 ± 0.38 cm. This cross-sectional study was conducted from May to August 2022, and 190 patients were randomly selected from two hospitals. Data was collected using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability had been confirmed in previous studies. T-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients were calculated using SPSS to analyze the data. The bivariate test results showed a relationship between service quality dimensions and patient satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Pringadi and Dr. R.M. Djoelham. Multivariate testsfound that the dominant factors influencing patient satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan are l evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. And for Dr. General Hospital. RM Djoelham Binjai is a tangible factor, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy. Research Results: There is a relationship between knowledge (p value=0.012) and training (p value=0.002) with the use of the MPDN application by midwives, there is no relationship between attitude (p value=0.849) and the availability of smart phones and internet connection (p value=0.656) with the use of the MPDN application by midwives. Results: Assessment before and after administration of date palm juice obtained a value of Sig 0.000, sig value <0.05 which can be concluded that there is effectiveness of giving date juice in increasing Hb levels in anemic pregnant women. While theassessment before and after giving beetroot juice obtained a Sig value of 0.000, a sig value <0.05 which can be concluded that there is effectiveness of giving beetroot juice in increasing Hb levels in anemic pregnant women. At the 65th World Health Assembly, member countries of the World Health Organisation (WHO) set a target for at least 50% of babies under six months to be exclusively breastfed by 2025. With massage stimulation that stimulates the release of endorphins and oxytocin, as well as suggestions from the SPEOS method, it will create feelings of calm and strong confidence in the mother, which will influence the let-down reflex. The combination of endorphin massage, oxytocin and suggestive massage can lead to a smooth flow of breast milk, which will help the mother to meet the nutritional needs of the baby for its growth and development. The aim of this research is to determine the success of the let down reflex and the smooth production of breast milk (ASI) after a combination of endorphin massage, oxytocin and suggestive massage intervention. This research uses a post-test only control design, which is a type of true experimental design methodology. The study population consisted of thirty mothers after caesarean section on the first and second day in the delivery and postpartum room of Dr. RSUD. H. Slamet Martodirdjo Pamekasan. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive quota sampling. Data analysis in this study used bivariate and multivariate analysis, namely T-test. In this research design, there were 2 groups, namely the intervention group, namely post caesarean mothers who were given SPEOS intervention and the control group, namely post caesarean mothers who were not given SPEOS intervention. The results of statistical tests using a paired sample t-test on the control group showed results of sig-2 tailed = 1,000 > 0.05, meaning that there was no difference in the let down reflex and smoothness of breast milk production in the control group.
