Efforts to improve nurse performance include paying attention to nurse work stress. This study aimed to determine the effect of communication and incentives on nurse performance in the inpatient room of the Royal Prima Maryland General Hospital. The type of research used is cross-sectional survey research with an explanatory research method approach. The total population is 41 nurses; all nurses are used as respondents (complete sampling). Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test, and logistic regression was used to obtain the OR (Odds Ratio) value. The results showed a statistical relationship between communication and performance (p = 0.012), and the OR value was 6.708, meaning that nurses with good communication would increase their performance by 6.7 times. Providing incentives on performance (p = 0.006) and the OR value is 6.667, meaning nurses with incentives will improve performance by 6.6 times. Income on performance (p = 0.004) and the OR value is 8.762, meaning nurses with incentives will increase performance by 8.7 times. Swollen immunization marks are a normal side effect and are experienced by many people. This swelling is the body's reaction to the vaccine administration process and is a sign that the body is starting to form immunity to disease. Research purposes : Knowing the effectiveness of shallot compresses on the incidence of swelling in children after immunization at the Plawad Health Center in 2023. Research methods : This type of research is analytic observational with a case control design. The sample of this study were children who received DPT immunization. The sample technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses an observation sheet. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. Research result : The results of the chi square test with a p value of 0.000 <0.05 indicate that there is an effect of onion compresses on the incidence of swelling after immunization. Thus it can be seen that onion compresses are effective in alleviating the incidence of swelling in children after immunization. Based on the analysis of the Odds Ratio (OR) it was obtained at 8.250 (95% CI = 2.530-26.900). This shows that onion compresses are 8,250 times effective in overcoming swelling after immunization. According to the data from the Health Office of Banten Province, the administration of vitamin A capsules to toddlers aged 6-59 months is 81.3%. In a preliminary study conducted at the Delima Posyandu of Binuang Public Health Center, there were 220 toddlers. The interview results from 15 mothers with toddlers revealed that 6 mothers (40%) were compliant in giving vitamin A capsules to their children, while 9 mother’s (60%) were not compliant. This non-compliance is attributed to the mothers' lack of knowledge regarding the benefits of administering vitamin A for the health of their toddlers. Research Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and compliance with giving vitamin A capsules to toddlers at Posyandu Delima of Binuang Public Health Center Serang Regency in 2023. Research Methods: This study is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The population comprises all mothers with toddlers who visit the Posyandu Delima at Binuang Public Health Center, Serang Regency. The sample size for this research was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 69 individuals. Research Results: The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and compliance with giving vitamin A capsules to toddlers, with a regression coefficient value of 76.5%, using the binary logistic regression model equation = -4,096+0,765x. Conclusions and Suggestions: There is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and compliance with giving vitamin A capsules to toddlers at Posyandu Delima, Binuang Public Health Center Serang Regency. Antenatal care plays an important role in efforts to prevent (preventive) and reduce MMR and IMR. Midwifery services contribute to implementing quality antenatal care according to standards. So that every effort to improve quality must also be accompanied by efforts to improve the performance of each officer, especially midwives. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between the performance of midwives and the satisfaction of ANC services at the Telagasari Health Center in 2023. Research Methods: This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design. The sample of this research were 76 pregnant women. The sample technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi square test Research Results: The results of the study show that a p-value of 0.000 is obtained, meaning that the p-value <0.05 can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a very strong and one-way significant relationship between the performance of midwives and the satisfaction of ANC services for pregnant women at the Telagasari Health Center. Knowing what factors are related to the incident Stunting in children aged 6-2 years at the Tanah Merah Health Center, Boven Digoel Regency, Papua Province, April 13 - May 13, 2023.The type of research used is descriptive analytic research carried out using cross sectional methods with univariate and bivariate data analysiswith the help of the computer program SPSS version 20.Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.464, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the incidence of shunting in children aged 6-2 years with the age of the mother and the OR 2.500 results which can be concluded that the age of the mother is 2.5 times influencing the incidence of stunting in children aged 6- 2 years. statistical test results obtained p value = 0.151, it can be concluded that there is no relation between the incidence of shunting in children aged 6-2 years and the mother's education. Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.431, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the incidence of shunting in children aged 6-2 years with exclusive breastfeeding and the OR results of 0.556 which can be concluded that exclusive breastfeeding 0.5 times affects the incidence of shunting in children aged 6- 2 years. Based on health profile data for 2019, there were 20,244 children aged 0-28 months who died, with the main cause of death being diarrhea. Exclusive breastfeeding has been shown to be effective in preventing stunting and reducing the risk of diarrhea. However, only 34% of babies at the Tirtamulya Health Center received breast milk, and far below the target of 48%. To increase awareness of the importance of breastfeeding, it is recommended to use a booklet containing information about the benefits of breastfeeding. The digital booklet is a version that can be accessed via mobile devices to make it easier to access information. Purpose of Writing: Describe the effect of digital booklets on the level of knowledge and motivation of third trimester pregnant women regarding exclusive breastfeeding at the Tirtamulya Health Center.Research Method : This study used a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test with the control group. A total of 15 pregnant women in the third trimester were selected as samples for each group. Purposive sampling method was used for sampling. The independent variable in this study was the provision of digital booklets and videos, while the dependent variable was the level of knowledge and motivation about exclusive breastfeeding in third trimester pregnant women. Data collection is done through Google Form. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. Research results: Wilcoxon test of knowledge of the treatment group (p-value = 0.004), the control group (p-value = 0.008), the motivation of the treatment group (p-value = 0.002), the control group (p-value = 0.007). Mann Whitney test of knowledge (p-value = 0.017), motivation (p-value = 0.83). The treatment group had a mean value of knowledge and motivation that was greater than the control group. The aim of this study was to compare the level of effectiveness in reducing blood pressure in pregnant women who experience hypertension at the Balaraja Health Center by giving infusions of bay leaves (Syzygium polyanthum) and infusions of celery herb (Apium graveolens). This type of research is a quantitative research with the type of experimental method in this study is to compare the effectiveness of the infusion of bay leaves and celery leaves to lower blood pressure in pregnant women with hypertension. This is because the leadership of a good head nurse room will increase nurse job satisfaction, so that if leadership is not good it will reduce the level of nurse job satisfaction. Some previous studies suggested that leadership is one of the main factors that influence performance because leadership is the driving force for all resources within an organization. In leadership itself there are several parts of leadership that affect performance such as leadership style, leadership traits, type of leadership, work motivation, empowerment, work environment, organizational culture, leadership quality, and organizational commitment Research conducted aims to determine the analysis of influence factors leadership style on the performance of nurses in class 3 inpatient rooms Royal Prima Hospital in 2022. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sample in the study was 110 room nurses. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires. The results of this study found a significant relationship between communication factors (p = 0.001), planning (p = 0,000), direction (p = 0,000), and work discipline (p = 0,002) with the performance of nurses in class 3 Royal Prima Hosptal inpatient care.
