The lower esophageal sphincter in infants is not fully mature, so food can go back up into the esophagus and out through the mouth. Purpose of Writing: for the relationship between health education on breastfeeding techniques and burping babies after breastfeeding with the incidence of regurgitation in babies in Panyaungan Village in 2023. Research Methods: The sample size in this study used a total side, namely 65 mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months in Panyaungan Village who were taken by total sampling. Collecting data to determine mother's knowledge about breastfeeding techniques and burping babies and the incidence of regurgitation was measured using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the method of this research is an analytic survey with a case control design or retrospective study. Research Results In the chy-square test, the results obtained were P value 0.000 > 0.05, so the analysis was that there was a relationship between burping techniques and regurgitation events in Panyaungan Village in 2023. The OR calculation results were 5.556, which means that babies aged 0-6 months have more regurgitation events 5.556 times higher by not or rarely doing burping techniques compared to doing burping techniques (95% CI 3.075 -10.038. Labor pains begin during the first incubation period and continue into the active phase. Labor pain can be controlled by non-pharmacological methods, rebozo techniques and massage counters. Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of the rebozo technique and counter massage technique for active phase 1 labor pain at PMB BD Itoh in 2023 Research Methods: This type of research used quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) with the Pre and Posttest Two Group design approach and the samples in this study were 30 mothers who gave birth who met the inclusion criteria and were divided into 15 people as the intervention group and 15 people as the control group with total sampling technique and bivariate analysis using the Dependent T test. Research Results: From the results of the dependent t test that there is a difference with the p value (0.000 <0.05). This concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so that it can be concluded that statistically the respondents had differences in the intensity of pain in labor before and after the rebozo technique at PMB BD Itoh in 2023. This problem also occurs in radiology services concerning the reading of radiology results to the expert interpretation process by radiologists. This study analyzes departmental and personal factors influencing the response time of radiology result readings at Murni Teguh General Hospital in Medan in 2021. This quantitative research study has a cross-sectional design and an analytical observational approach. The population includes all radiologists in the Radiology Department. Data is collected through questionnaires and documentation. Logistic regression is used for data analysis. The majority of radiology result readings have a poor response time (56.9%). Multivariate analysis reveals that departmental factors (image results and network) and personal factors (work schedule) significantly influence the response time of radiology result readings. However, there is no significant influence from departmental factors (teaching obligations) and personal factors (educational level and employment status) on the response time of radiology result readings. It is recommended that hospital management cultivate a collaborative and supportive environment among the technology and human resources working in the Radiology Department to improve the response time by the standards set by the ministry.","PeriodicalId":432290,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health and Pharmaceutical (IJHP)","volume":"63 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140453595","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pregnant women are advised to continue to routinely carry out pregnancy checks during the pandemic even though there are service modifications (social distancing). Purpose of Writing: To obtain in-depth information about ANC services during the Covid-19 pandemic at PMB Ana Hasanah. Research Methods: The research used is a qualitative approach with the type of Rapid Assessment Procedures (RAP) research. The informants of this study consisted of 8 pregnant women who made antenatal care visits at PMB Ana Hasanah. While the key informants were husbands or families of pregnant women and Ana Hasanah PMB officers. Research Results: input components, human resources are sufficient and according to standards. Funds are available and sourced from clinic revenue turnover. SOPs are available which refer to the RI Ministry of Health Guidelines. The facilities and infrastructure are complete. For the process component, midwives' independent practice has carried out the flow of antenatal care services and health protocols according to the guidelines, but level 3 PPE is still limited. For the output component, the scope of ANC services has decreased significantly during the pandemic. For the outcome component, pregnant women are satisfied with antenatal care services, but some pregnant women do not have routine checks. Conclusions and Suggestions: The results of this study are expected to provide information to the Mandiri Midwife Practice as a place for maternal and neonatal health services so that they can provide the best service to pregnant women during the pandemic both online and offline so that monitoring of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic can run well.","PeriodicalId":432290,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health and Pharmaceutical (IJHP)","volume":"135 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140453086","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research Methods: Pre-experimental research with the type of one group pre test – post test design by means of a causal relationship by involving one group of subjects. the subject group was observed before the intervention was carried out and then observed after the intervention was carried out. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a purposive method. Research Results: The results of statistical tests are known Asymp. Sig (2 – Talled) has a value of 0.263, because 0.263 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected. This means that there is no difference in giving tomato juice and cucumber juice in reducing blood pressure in those with hypertension. This means that tomato juice and cucumber juice both have the same efficacy in reducing blood pressure in pregnant women. However, from the Mann –Whitney mean rank between giving tomato juice and cucumber juice, it was found that cucumber juice was more effective than tomato juice in reducing blood pressure.
