Purpose of Writing: to find out the Effectiveness of Education Using WhatsApp About the Importance of Pregnancy Checks for Increasing Knowledge of Pregnant Women. Research Methods: Pre-experimental research with the type of one group pre test – post test design by means of a causal relationship by involving one group of subjects. the subject group was observed before the intervention was carried out and then observed after the intervention was carried out. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a purposive method. Research Results: This study obtained the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test, which obtained a sig. Continuous release of ions can reduce the effectiveness and performance of the orthodontic wire. Continuous release of ions in CuNiTi orthodontic wire can change the properties of the wire and trigger hypersensitivity reactions, also in stainless steel orthodontic wire which experiences continuous release of ions can reduce its stiffness. The tannin in avocado seeds is useful as a corrosion inhibitor it can inhibit the release of ions because they are able to bind with metal ions and form a passive layer also able to bind with Fe ions in stainless steel orthodontic wires to form a passive surface layer which is able to inhibit the release of ions when the corrosion process occurs. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of avocado seed extract as a corrosion inhibitor on the release of metal ions from CuNiTi and stainless steel orthodontic wires. Rectangular CuNiTi and stainless steel orthodontic wires measuring 0.017 x 0.025 inches were taken in 3 groups (1 control group soaked in artificial saliva and 2 treatment groups soaked in avocado seed extract). The samples were soaked in avocado seed extract with a concentration of 1.5 g/L and 2 g/L for 7 days. To see the release of ions, an X-Ray Fluorescence test is carried out. In CuNiTi orthodontic wire from the one way ANOVA test showed that there was a significant difference between the control group and all treatment groups on Cu, Ni and Ti ions. The Post Hoc LSD test showed that there were significant differences between the control group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 in Cu, Ni and Ti ions with a p value. In stainless steel orthodontic wire, the one way ANOVA test showed that there was a significant difference between the control group and all treatment groups in Fe and Ni ions but not significant in Cr ions in the ion release test with a p value <0.05. The Post Hoc LSD test showed that there were significant differences between the control group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 in Fe and Ni ions with a p value <0.05. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the phytochemical makeup of red betel plant leaves and the effectiveness of red betel extract in accelerating wound healing in white mice. 25 male white mice made up the animal population, which was divided into 5 groups, including 3 treatment groups. using red betel extract percentages of 15%, 30%, 45%, and 10%. a pair of control groups, one positive and the other negative. The control utilized a gel-based solution and 10% povidone iodine. The white mice's backs were cut into using a 1 cm2 incision. The data was gathered by observing the entire wound healing procedure from the inflammatory phase (redness, edema, and pus presence) through the proliferative phase. The current data were then assessed using a method called the Test of Homogeneity of Variances. The One Way Anova test is useful for determining whether or not there are meaningful changes in the data variance if the prerequisites for the parametric test are met. If the p value is less than or equal to 0.05, this test is significant. The LSD post hoc test also determines the most significant set of data. When testing the distribution, if abnormal data are discovered, another alternative method is using the Kruskal-Wallis test, which is followed by the Mann-Whitney test with a significant value of 0.05. Between the positive and negative control groups, redness (p=0.003), granulation tissue (p=0.038) on the third day, and wound area reduction (p=0.048) on the ninth day were all significantly different when red betel extract concentrations of 15%, 30%, and 45% were used. It may be concluded that giving white mice betel extract at a concentration of 46% accelerates the healing of wounds. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately, to find out differences in Emesis Gravidarum level scores at the pretest and posttest in each treatment group using the Paired t-test, if not normally distributed then use the Wilcoxon. Research Results: Based on research results it is known that Asymp. Sig (2 – Talled) in the intervention group is 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is a difference before and after acupressure is done on emesis gravidarum. While the results of the study found Asymp. Sig (2 – Talled) in the control group is 0.163 because 0.163 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected. Twenty-four male Wistar white rats (Rattus norvegicus) were sampled. Accumulation of Test Animals, Moringa Flower Extract Preparation, Phytochemical Screening / Secondary Metabolite Test, Treatment Process (200, 400, and mg/kgBW of Moringa flower extract), Wound Observation, Histopathological Skin Preparations, and Histopathological Examination of Preparations were the research procedures. Window data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and One Way ANOVA with a 95% confidence level (p < 0.05). The Post Hoc Test with LSD was used for further analysis. The research results found Moringa flower extract at 200mg/Kg BW, 400mg/KgBW, and 600mg/KgBW could expedite wound healing and improve collagen density in obese mice's dermapen wounds. The 600mg dose was most beneficial. The study aims to identify the influence factor on patients' personal and corporate incident safety in the inpatient room of royal prima hospital medan. The type of research used is a method survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population in the study of health workers at the Royal Prima General Hospital in Medan was 259 people, and the sample was 119.  Collection data with primary, secondary, and tertiary data was analyzed with multiple logistic regression statistical tests with a level of trust of 95%. Results study show bring individual factors (knowledge with p-value = 0.021 and experience with p-value=0.021) effect-on-patient safety incident reporting and organizational factors (organizational environment with p-value = 0.038 and power with p-value=0.014) effect on reporting incident safety patient, individual characteristics (motivation with p-value = 0.557) have no impact on writing incident safety patient And factor organization (organizational culture with p-value =0.535) has no effect to reporting incident patient safety and most influence reporting incident patient safety in Royal Prima General Hospital Medan is a knowledge variable (OR=155.6). Among the 38 primigravida patients, an observation was made that 25 primigravida mothers were not accompanied by their husbands when they were about to give birth. Thirteen primigravida mothers were accompanied by their husbands when they were about to give birth. The results of interviews with 13 primigravida mothers showed that the psychological condition of mothers who were accompanied by their husbands felt more confident and their level of anxiety was not too high compared to mothers who gave birth without their husbands' assistance. Objective: To know the factors that influence the success of PENA SUASI Karawang in 2022. Methodology: the research design is cross sectional. The sample used in this study was the total population, namely 30 mothers giving birth. The analysis used was the chi square test. Results: age, education, occupation and attitude, the only significant results being work, obtained a p-value of 0.005 (ơ <0.05) so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work and the success of PENASUASI in giving birth mothers. This research looked at how butterfly pea flower extract (Clitoria ternatea) affected cholesterol levels, testicular function, and the histopathology of the testicles of obese male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This research is quantitative and uses a lab or actual experiment. The 24 test mice were randomly divided into four groups. The research data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The normality test significance is 0.577. One-way ANOVA test results demonstrate 0.000 or greater than 0.05 significance. LSD post-hoc test values. The control and treatment groups 1–3 differed significantly (p = 0.000). No change was seen between treatment groups 2 and 3 (p = 0.088). The research found butterfly pea flower extract therapy (Clitoria ternatea) at 400mg and 600 mg/kgBW lowers cholesterol. In addition, the data also consists of the level of patient satisfaction with the services provided by the hospital. Comparative analysis of service quality and patient satisfaction levels was carried out using appropriate statistical techniques, such as testing the difference between two groups of hospitals (government vs. private) using appropriate statistical tests. The results of this analysis will provide an understanding of the differences in service quality between government and private hospitals, as well as the related level of patient satisfaction. This research is expected to contribute to the development and improvement of health services in hospitals, especially in the city of Medan.
