First, we analyse the basic characteristic of current labeling algorithms, and set the scan order of LRGM from left to right, top to bottom, to assign a label to all connected components. Second, we eliminate label conflict by region growing method, because a large number of K label arises of which many are equivalent. Finally, we optimize the search and judgment criterion of LRGM, to make the new algorithm is independent of connected components shape, and the search time is much less than it before costed. Experimenting on various types of document images (pictures, newspapers, etc.), we find that our method outperforms the other sequential methods issued in publication. Data Points that have been clustered need not be input again when searching for neighborhood data points, and the algorithm redefines eight Marked Boundary Objects to add expansion seeds according to far centrifugal force, which increases coverage. Experimental results indicate that the proposed DBSCALE has a lower execution time cost than DBSCAN, mBSCAN and KIDBSCAN clustering algorithms. All circuits are simulated using NCSU PDK 45nm technology by varying supply voltage from O.2V to O.9V with O.1V steps. Similar to evolutionary algorithms, ICSA is an efficient tool in searching for the global optimum based on the representation of solutions as binary code. It shows better potential capability to solve the optimization problem than evolution algorithm. Two novel multi-user detectors are presented which are basic ICSA multi-user detector and hybrid ICSA multi-user detector with multi-stage detector (ICSA-MSD-MUD). For ICSA-MSD-MUD, the MSD is considered as an operator inside the ICSA algorithm. The hybrid detector can reach excellent performance by utilizing ICSA to implement global search and by utilizing MSD to implement local search. In this paper, we provide the anti-jamming performance analysis of partial band for IDMA systems. First, we investigate the basic principle of IDMA briefly. Then introduce the generation of the partial band jamming model and the cancellation of the partial band jamming in IDMA systems. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the iteration, spreading gain, the number of users, and the power of jamming will affect the performance of IDMA systems. So, it is an important research topic to infer traffic matrix by reasonably modeling, and incorporating the limited empirical information. Of the proposed methods, Kalman Filtering method is a more efficient and accurate method than many others. But Kalman Filter method is the linear estimation area, this limit of the linear nature make it impossible to estimate the self-similar, long range dependence and multi-scale characteristic accurately. Multi-fractal wavelet model can handle the nonlinear nature of the network traffic efficiently. It is demonstrated much superiority in computer information processing based on classification.
