While throughout a long period in history, such problems as extensive management, backwardness of equipment and traditional manufacturing mode mostly employed in the process of production were important factors that blocked the development of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises. Considering the particular features of the production of traditional Chinese medicine and its present situation, this paper proposes a production operating mode of equipment integration and introduces the mode in detail based on an analysis of the correlation of equipment and every links in the whole process of production. But some of them just consider that how primary users manage the leasing spectrum, some of them just consider that how the secondary users to do their best to use the spectrum efficiency. So we propose a game model combining the advantages of their model and algorithm. In our model, the primary users manage the leasing spectrum to get the interest and prevent undermining through set their interference cap and leasing price. And the secondary users adjust the interference price so that the network can get the global optimum. The simulation shows that the algorithm has good astringency. Firstly, a simulation vehicle model is constructed in Adams software to collect accelerations data. Secondly, two types of NARX neural networks are listed, and the series-parallel NARX neural network is selected as the inverse model to predict track irregularities. The proposed VMSF-DFE algorithm uses segmentation error function to reduce mean square error, employs momentum term for improving the convergence rate, and utilizes variable momentum factor to control its tracking performance. In order to distribute data to all clients, the paper proposes that the clients use Web Service to fetch data. Taking into account that using Web Service will consume much of server's resource, the system uses both TCP Socket (to push data) and Web Service (to pull data) to obtain high distribution efficiency. In addition, the use of asynchronous socket technology improves the efficiency. The paper proposes Reachability Test Algorithm, which enables the server reliably identify which clients can not be connected by the server. So these clients should use Web Service to fetch data. Furthermore, the system uses cluster servers, hot standby scheme and load balancers to avoid single point of failure and balance the servers' load. The common multi-Agent cooperation model was analyzed, and an improved benevolent function was given, as well as the specific process of cooperation strategies and cooperation algorithms. At last, the cooperation mechanism of multi-Agent system was tested through the pursuit-evasion problem. But the method judging an input sample belong to a certain area just by the shortest distance has some unilateralism. Therefore, a dual selection method based on clustering is proposed. In the method, multiple clusters are selected for a test sample and the classifier with the best weighted average performance is chosen. The chosen classifier is compared with the best classifier in the nearest cluster and the better one are used to classify the test sample. The main parameter in the method is self-adaptively selected according to the prior information of the training samples. In order to minimize unit volume and lower the cost, this paper has researched on a typical voltage drop with phase jump and three-phase rectifier load conditions to optimize the energy. By adjusting voltage phase and controlling amplitude and phase of the target current function, the average active power of load will be provided entirely by the power grid, and also the active power exchange between UPQC and grid will be minimized. At the same time, in order to prevent the voltage waveform interruption of the load, a gradient control method is used. Next, three methods of calculating the coil inductance are presented which are flux method, energy method and classical formula method. Adopting the above three methods, we calculate the coil inductance separately, obtaining accurate and consistent results .
