Abstract

It is necessary for many different information processing systems to make coding based on the information entities by using classification or level. The design and structure of coding have a high effect on the data access and operating in a system. This paper mainly describes the effectiveness of coding according to good recollection and operations, and proposes a Optimum Coding(OC) schema, or Non Prefix Coding(NPC). It is demonstrated much superiority in computer information processing based on classification.
