Modern legal policy views the child at risk as a victim of both personal and environmental factors, as well as other individuals. This impacts their personality, sense of self, and security first, and their behavior that masks the crime second. These two types of children represent two sides of the same coin, and neither can be solely labeled as a victim or a criminal. Consequently, the Algerian legislature has adopted the concept of the \"child at risk.\" Due to the ongoing debate surrounding this concept, the same legislature has established legal protection for children by enacting a well-defined and comprehensive law, considered closer to ideal, dedicated solely to serving children. The job performance questionnaire adopted in the study by Zeribi Ahlam (2017) was used and applied to a sample of 80 employees, following the descriptive approach. This is intended to enhance the educational level and work towards performance improvement by providing a set of strategies related to processes and organizational structures that lead to continuous improvement within educational institutions. This study relied on a descriptive approach through the presentation and analysis of concepts and key elements addressed in the analytical meta-analysis method. Kalyan Raman. Vaasanthi has exposed the turbulent world of devadasis and the complexity of their lives. The stigma of being a devadasi or belonging to devadasi clan leaves an everlasting impact on the family which makes their life difficult and unbearable to live. Chandra Talpade Mohanty opined that women are the first and foremost victim of any kind of violence and suppression and this has been aptly represented in the novel. The double marginalization of women through gender and caste has been highlighted. The subjugation of women particularly who were transformed into devadasi and in general has been exposed. These media provide a set of behaviours that children may perceive as models and imitate, as they are unable to filter what they see. However, the content presented in these media, particularly cartoons, can sometimes contradict the traditions of dignity and respect known in Algerian society. This can potentially undermine children's deeply rooted values, behaviours and habits and contribute to the adoption of inappropriate behaviours. This research aims to identify the behaviours portrayed in electronic screens containing animated drawings by analysing the content of the YouTube application.
