Khalifah Mustami, Baharuddin Baharuddin","doi":"10.24252/jme.v1i2.25912","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24252/jme.v1i2.25912","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract: An Analysis of Zoning System Policy for Student Admission Program in SMP Negeri 2 Sugguminasa in Gowa Regency \u0000This research aims to describe the establishation of online-based student admission program that enforces a zoning policy at SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa in Gowa regency. It focuses its examination especially on the policy establishation, policy impact, and the responses of the stakeholders. This research used a qualitative method and was conducted through a direct on-site observation. It looked into the natural phenomenon that was experienced directly by the research subjects and described its findings descriptively. The findings suggest that SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa has established the zoning system policy prioritizing four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucracy structure. The zoning system has also positively as well as negatively impacted SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. On one hand, it allows students to receive equal education and eliminates school discrimination. On the other hand, this policy reduces students’ motivation and heterogeneity, increases power abuse (of influential parents), the challenges regarding the establishation of discipline culture, as well as the incompatibility with KK (family cards). The school internal stakeholders have expressed their views regarding the zoning system at SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa by: (1) providing opportunities for neighboring communities, (2) confirming that this policy has become a challenge both for the school and teachers, (3) emphasising the transportation cost reduction, and (4) indicating the opportunity to change community’s ideas of favourite schools. Meanwhile, the school external stakeholders have also shown their agreement that the zoning system has provided more opportunities for local students to be admitted to state schools, reduced congestion, and offered a better transportation system. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak: Analisis Kebijakan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Melalui Sistem Zonasi di SMP Negeri 2 Sugguminasa Kabupaten Gowa \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui proses penerapan kebijakan penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) berbasis online dan sistem zonasi di SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa Kab. Gowa. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah penerapan kebijakan, dampak kebijakan dan respon stakeholder. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung ke lokasi yang dijadikan objek penelitian yang berorientasi pada temuan atau gejala alami untuk mengkaji fenomena tentang sesuatu yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata yang tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Semua tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Ulaweng Kabupaten Bone yang berjumlah 71 orang menjadi responden penelitian. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda serta melakukan uji determinasi untuk menguji besarnya pengaruh yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh manajemen kelas secara signifikan terhadap kualitas pendidikan sebesar 16,0%; 2) terdapat pengaruh pengelolaan media pembelajaran secara signifikan terhadap kualitas pendidikan sebesar 16,3%; dan 3) terdapat pengaruh manajemen kelas secara bersama-sama dengan pengelolaan media pembelajaran terhadap kualitas pendidikan sebesar 16,4% di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Ulaweng Kabupaten Bone. This research adopted quantitative research with ex post facto research method. The population in this study was 69 students at MTs Pesantren Pondok Madinah Makassar, which were sampled with the saturated sample technique. The Obtained data from questionnaires and documents were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, namely simple and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The Result revealed that (1) The reality of time management of students at MTs Pondok Madinah Islamic Boarding School Makassar was in the high category of 52.2%, with 36 respondents at intervals of 66-75; (2) The reality of students' learning motivation at MTs Pondok Madinah Islamic Boarding School Makassar was in the high category of 49.3%, with 34 respondents with an interval of 71-80; (3) There was no significant effect between time management and learning motivation on learning achievement at MTs Pesantren Pondok Madinah Makassar which is presented in the Anova table obtained, F_count = 0.454 with a Sig value of 0.637, with a value of F_table = 2.24. This shows that F_count < F_table (0.454 < 2.24) and the value of Sig 0.05 (0.637 0.05), In association with the comes about of inquiry that had been carried out, the suggestions of this inquiry could have been utilized as reference fabric or writing that not all learning accomplishment was affected by time administration and learning inspiration. This type of research is classified as field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation with the researchers themselves as the key instrument. The collected data is then analyzed by going through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or drawings. Testing the validity of the data through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of the madrasah committee as a advisory agency can provide suggestions and input when actively participating in the preparation of madrasah activity programs, namely at the beginning of the learning year preparing the madrasah work plan and annual work plan; 2) the implementation of the madrasah committee's duties as a supporting agency can be in the form of financial support, energy and thought support; 3) the implementation of the duties of the madrasah committee as the controlling agency to date has always monitored the use of the allocation of education funds, including in supervising the use of aid funds from the center and from the community that flowed to madrasas to make it easier; and 4) the implementation of the madrasah committee's duties as a mediator agency in the implementation of school-based management at MAN 2 Makassar City this implementation cannot be carried out optimally, because it is only limited to signatures in the draft made. This type of research is a quantitative research with ex post facto method. Respondents in this study were all employees at Yatim Mandiri Makassar Foundation, totaling 40 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and documentation and then analyzed using product moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression to test the hypothesis independently as well as correlation and multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that: 1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect of 70% on employee performance; 2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect of 42% on employee performance; and 3) job satisfaction and organizational commitment together have a positive and significant effect of 71.3% on employee performance at Yayasan Yatim Mandiri Makassar. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak: Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Yayasan Yatim Mandiri Makassar \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Yayasan Yatim Mandiri Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai yang ada di Yayasan Yatim Mandiri Makassar yang berjumlah 40 orang. This research aims to find out the utilization of IT at the stage of evaluating student learning outcomes through google form media conducted by teachers at SMA 5 Bone. This research uses quantitative research methods i.e. descriptive analysis. The data is collected using surveys and questionnaires, processed by interval analysis through the Likert Scale. The results showed that teachers do not use google form media as a container for student exams. As many as 62% of the respondents who were successfully tracked categorized that the use of google form is quite effectively used as a medium to evaluate student learning outcomes in 5 Bone High School. Various technology media today make it easier for teachers to conduct learning and evaluation processes, so that the implementation of these activities can run more productively. Google form is one of the media that make it easier for teachers to evaluate because the database model of research results is quite easy to process rather than by doing assessments manually. For this reason, the implication of this study is that teachers must improve their main soft skills in the use of IT in order to work more productively. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak: Pemanfaatan IT pada Evaluasi Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik melalui Media Google form, Studi Kasus pada SMA 5 Bone \u0000Guru harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi mulai dari proses perencanaan pembelajaran sampai pada tahap evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik utamanya pada masa pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring karena pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan IT pada tahapan evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik melalui media google form yang dilakukan oleh guru di SMA 5 Bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu analisis deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survei dan angket, diolah dengan analisis interval melalui Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru cukup efektif memanfaatkan media google form sebagai wadah untuk ujian peserta didik. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to describe the implementation of PPDB with a zoning system policy at SMAN 9 Jeneponto which is a superior school before the implementation of the zoning policy. The data sources used are primary data (words/actions from informants, namely school principals, PPDB committee, parents of students and students) and secondary data (PPDB data, photos and other related school documents). Data was collected by interview and documentation using research instruments, namely interview guidelines and document studies. The data collected was then analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To ensure the truth of the data that has been collected, the researchers tested the validity of the data by extending observations, increasing persistence in careful and continuous observation, using reference materials and conducting member checks. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PPDB is carried out based on the function of education management which consists of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. This can be seen from the process of PPDB activities that are structured and carried out systematically so that PPDB activities run well and obstacles that occur are overcome by carrying out coordination in accordance with the functions and duties of each PPDB committee. The implication of this research is that schools need to carry out socialization because there are still many parents of students who still consider SMAN 9 Jeneponto to be a superior school that can produce quality graduates even though the zoning policy has been in place for four years which has eliminated the title of favorite school. Human resource management is a very important aspect in the general education process. Therefore, the functions in the management of human resources must be carried out optimally so that the needs concerning individual, organizational/institutional, organizational or institutional goals can be achieved. In addition, with good human resource management procedures, it is hoped that the shortcomings and problems faced by the Indonesian people, namely those related to competitiveness, can be overcome. This paper discusses Human Resource Management associated with Education in Schools, using the literature review method to discuss the concept of HR Management which is described in several ways. There are several main issues that will be discussed in this paper, namely: First, the definition of HR Management, secondly the scope of HR Management in education in schools, and thirdly, the objectives of HR Management are related to education in schools.
