It is determined that strategic changes are the reaction of the enterprise to the environmental fac-tors influence. In order to predict and plan the strategic changes implementation, it is necessary to identify the struc-ture of environmental factors.\u0000The purpose of the article. The article is devoted to the justification of factors groups of the external indirect environment influence on the enterprises functioning of agricultural engineering.\u0000Results. Methods of environmental analysis (PESTLE, T.E.M.P.L.E.S, STEEPLE, SWOT, ETOM, EFAS, QUEST) are generalized. The uniqueness of these methods was determined by the similarity of factors groups and methods of expert evaluation using the point scale and the specific gravity of the coefficients. The generalization of fac-tors groups that are singled out by the researchers is presented. It is determined that the most common are political and economic. It is proved that a group of socio-political factors should be shaped by: the level of political stability, national security priorities, the level of corruption and the activity of public organizations. The definition of the term «institute» is given, and the external environment can be represented as institutional, which has necessitated the separation of institutional and legal factors, the group of which includes protectionist policy, legislation, level of democracy, taxes and tariffs, industrial infrastructure and investment climate. The largest group of economic factors are: inflation rate, price dynamics, unemployment, exchange rate, credit and financial mechanism, level of specialization, cooperation and concentration, as well as the stage of the economic cycle. Considering the peculiarity of machine-building enterprises competitiveness, the scientific and technological factors are highlighted that combine the life cycle of technology, the introduction of new products, innovative and energy-saving technologies, the level of global progress as a whole. The groups of socio-demographic and international factors are less influential. \u0000Conclusions The conducted structuring of the enterprises external environment of the studied industry allows to analyze their impact on the basis of expert evaluation. {"title":"Analysis of the effectiveness of dairy cattle breeding in the Republic of Belarus based on statistical and eco-nomic research method","authors":"N. Korsun, M. M. Dairy cattle breeding occupies a leading position among the livestock breeding sectors of Belarus, in which more than half of the fixed assets are concentrated, more than 50% of labor resources are occupied and more than 30% of feed resources are consumed, which creates conditions for its accelerated development along the intensifica-tion path. \u0000The purpose of the article is to determine the main factors and directions of increasing the efficiency of dairy cattle breeding in agricultural organizations in Belarus.\u0000Results. The redistribution of costs between supporting and productive feed in the direction of increasing the lat-ter as the most effective form of saving in animal husbandry is considered. It is proved that the further development of dairy cattle breeding should be carried out by improving breeding and tribal work to create a competitive Belarusian dairy cow. It is proved that the problem of the competitiveness of dairy products is the labor input, the main reasons for which are highlighted. An economic grouping was constructed according to the annual reporting data for 2017 for 190 agricultural organizations of the Brest region with developed dairy cattle breeding, where the profitability of milk sales was chosen as a grouping attribute.\u0000Conclusions. The analysis of the results showed that a high profitability of milk sales is achieved due to the greater density of the population, a higher average annual milk yield. The increase in the profitability of milk sales is accompanied by a decrease in feed consumption while increasing the consumption of concentrated feed per 1 centner of milk. To increase the profitability of the sold products and the productivity of cattle in the dairy sector, it is necessary to provide the animals with full and high-quality feeds of their own production, and to significantly increase the propor-tion of concentrated feeds in the diet. Efficient management of the dairy industry is only possible using intensive cattle production technology. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to analyze the preliminary research of marketing of agroindustrial complexes both Ukrainian and foreign scientists. Marketing in the agroindustrial complex is denoted by the term «agromarketing». It involves the study, forecasting and implementation of entrepreneurial activ-ities of economic entities in the field of production, processing, storage, transportation and sale of agricultural products with a view to maximizing profits. The introduction of marketing innovations in the agroindustrial complex makes the enterprise more diversified, providing it with an additional competitive advantage.\u0000In addition to innovations related to production and organizational processes, for the enterprise of agrarian and industrial complex it is important to consistently form its own brand. Thanks to the brand with well-defined values and harmonious communication channels with the consumer, the company creates additional value for itself and for its product, it strengthens consumer loyalty and the relevance of products. The limitation of this study is the chosen meth-od – the study of one company leads to the impossibility of generalizing the conclusions drawn. Increasing the competitiveness of such enterprises is possible through the development and implementation of appropriate strategies. Particular attention should be paid to marketing activities. The enterprise's operational strategy must be based on an effective production plan. \u0000The purpose of the article is to create mechanisms for generating and implementing operational strategies of ag-ricultural enterprises. \u0000Results. The importance of a comprehensive approach to the production plan formation of agrarian enterprise is substantiated in unstable economic conditions. There is no correlation between the strategic approaches evaluation and mathematical methods. Approaches to production planning in the process of agrarian enterprise activity are generalized. The objective functions of linear and nonlinear mathematical programming for operational management evaluation are determined. The importance of competitive strategy of agrarian enterprise for maintaining its position in the market has been noted. The factors of a competitive strategy formation of agrarian enterprise are given. The algorithm of strategies modeling of agrarian organization operational activity is developed.\u0000The stages of the strategic management system of agrarian enterprise operational activity have been presented and characterized. Alternatives to the production program optimization are offered. The methods of production planning in different market structures are systematized.\u0000Conclusions. The proposed algorithm design strategies for agrarian enterprise operational activity facilitate reasonable choice of strategy considering market conditions. Taking into account the specifics of consumer demand for-mation and factors of competitive reaction in the market will allow to determine the optimal ratio of prices and volumes of products. The article deals with the problems of innovation-investment model formation of of agrarian sphere development of economy and the ways of their solution are determined and substantiated. The study found that the revival of the national economy as a whole and its agrarian sphere in particular is possible only due to the activation of innovative processes at the expense of full investment support.\u0000The purpose of this article is to identify the peculiarities of the formation and development of innovative pro-cesses in agro-industrial production, to identify the factors that inhibit them, as well as to identify and outline ways to solve the problem of forming an innovation-investment model of agro-industrial production.\u0000Research methodology. In the process of achieving this goal, the following methods were used: monographic; abstract-logical; synthesis; generalization and abstraction.\u0000Results. The essential features of formation and development of innovative processes in agro-industrial produc-tion are revealed in the article. It is proved that the modern economic policy in the agricultural sphere should be guided by the formation of innovation-investment model of development, when the increase of efficiency of social production is achieved at the expense of knowledge growth. It is established that the priorities in the field of innovation of the agroin-dustrial complex are: energy – and resource-saving technologies of production, storage and processing of products; in-novations that help fill the domestic market with high-quality domestic food; innovations that help to increase the relia-bility, efficiency of agricultural machines and mechanisms, extend their life, and increase productivity. The main prob-lems of innovations introduction and expansion of innovative-investment activity in agro-industrial production are generalized. The essence of the category “resource potential” and its composition regarding the agrarian sphere of production are considered in the article. The main components of the resource potential of agricultural produc-tion under various methodological concepts are: land resources, labor resources, material and technical resources, finan-cial and information resources. It is determined that the agrarian economy of Ukraine has significant resource potential. The place of Ukraine in the world agribusiness rating was investigated. The modern indicator of value added per 1 worker in the agricultural economy has proved that Ukraine occupies 67 in the world.\u0000Results. The main components of the business environment of the national agrarian economy from the positions of international assessments have been analyzed. The most problematic elements of the business environment of the agrarian economy today are seed production, transportation, fertilizers and information and communication technolo-gies.\u0000The analysis of the quantitative and value composition of the resource potential of the agrarian economy is car-ried out. The most problematic trends in the modern agricultural economy are characterized by such components as labor resources and fixed capital. \u0000The key problems of formation, use and valuation of the resource potential of the agrarian economy are identified here. The lack market value of agricultural land and the land market today is one of the main problems in assessing the resource potential of the agricultural economy.\u0000The modern trends in the level of effectiveness of the use of the resource potential of the agricultural sector of production in the context of the main indicators of the effectiveness of the development of the national economy are considered. The research of the nature and types of assessment of the current state of tourism and recreational potential of rural territories in regional activity is devoted to many works of both domestic and foreign scientists. How-ever, the issues of formation and development of tourism and recreational potential of rural territories and its structural components, taking into account the peculiarities of the region, remain insufficiently covered in scientific circles. The development of excursion services in the rural territories of the region is hampered by the weak development of market infrastructure. First of all – temporary (tourist) housing and transport. Given the thematic focus of the study, it is necessary to find out the place of rural areas in the system of spatial placement of hotels and other places for temporary residence.\u0000The purpose of this article is assessment of the current state of formation and development of tourism and recre-ational potential of rural territories of Mykolaiv region.\u0000Results. It is substantiated that the Mykolaiv region has a high level of tourist and recreational potential of its rural territories. This is evidenced by the large number of historical monuments, natural parks, artificial and natural reservoirs, estates of green (rural tourism), etc., located in rural areas in the administrative districts of the region.\u0000Conclusions. In the context of development of the tourist industry of rural territories of the Mykolaiv region, the most important component of the transport infrastructure is the size and condition of the paved roads. The lack of an extensive network of roads of regional and local importance is not the only problem of transport provision for the devel-opment of the tourist industry of the regions. No less, but perhaps a bigger problem is the condition of the road surface.\u0000Bringing to a normal state and maintaining the functional characteristics of hard paved roads will also have a positive impact on the reproduction and development of production and demographic potentials of rural territories of the Mykolaiv region.
