The existing methods, technologies and systems of renewable energy sources used for supporting precision agriculture have been analysed. The main parameters of a laboratory heat pump installation designed for heating of greenhouses have been investigated. The idea is to provide part of the electricity needed to power supply the heat pump compressor with energy harvested by PV panels. Based on laboratory experimental results main parameters of a PV system for power supply of heat pump have been calculated by internet software.","PeriodicalId":426485,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 27th International Symposium for Design and Technology in Electronic Packaging (SIITME)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115240235","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this case, large amounts of used batteries will need to be treated. The total demand for electric storage devices is estimated to be 200 GWh by 2025. The duration of the process of degradation in nature of an electrical storage device is estimated to be around over 5000 years. Life cycle length is a very important parameter. Although the device as such does not pose a health hazard, it has disastrous consequences for the environment, environment in various forms (soil pollution, water pollution), due to the thousands of years in which the materials of their component naturally degrade (Cd, Ni, Li, Co, Mn, Al. For visually impaired people, non-visual information sources are paramount to attain accessibility and inclusion. Blind people use their hearing as the main source of information. This research presents a sound engine capable of generating binaural sounds in real-time. Besides real-time binaural sounds, the engine can also enhance real-time spatialization, which results in an improved sound cue perception. The engine performance in providing sound cue feedback was tested through different trials, having visually impaired individuals as test subjects.","PeriodicalId":426485,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 27th International Symposium for Design and Technology in Electronic Packaging (SIITME)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129619608","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Energy independence is obtained by using Dye-sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) as the energy source and at the same time they act like infrared light filter decreasing water consumption by reduction of the rate of evapotranspiration. Also, in order to acquire the energy independence, they are used for geothermal heating/cooling system and solar tracking method to optimize solar energy absorption of DSSCs. To reduce the shaded area, the supporting structure of DSSCs is 3D printed using transparent materials. All data like temperature, humidity, amount of energy consumption/absorption are stored in cloud and analyzed to improve system efficiency.","PeriodicalId":426485,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 27th International Symposium for Design and Technology in Electronic Packaging (SIITME)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128838140","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It uses the Finite difference method and well-known physical dependencies to model the temperatures of the stator coils, stator core and of the rotor of the pump’s motor. The model is validated by comparing the simulation results with a reference study. A simulation is performed for 160 kW ESP with temperature of the water 25 °C. The steady-state temperatures of the stator coils, stator core and the rotor were obtained to be 66.0 °C, 63.0 °C and 75.8 °C, respectively. These results are very close to the stator temperatures, obtained in the reference study as the relative error is below 4%.","PeriodicalId":426485,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 27th International Symposium for Design and Technology in Electronic Packaging (SIITME)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128308484","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It will be considered different scenarios of the faults, such as short-circuit events or voltage drops resulting from the wind turbine transformer that will be compared with the typical settings at the protection relay of the 2.5 MW turbine. The results of the water drop (WD) test have shown that Ge doped alloys showed significantly lower Mean-Time-To-Failure (MTTF) values than the reference at both voltage levels. Furthermore, using scanning electron microscopy–energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) methods, the morphology of the formed dendrites in Ge doped alloys showed a tree-like structure, while elemental composition showed germanium was not detected and only tin was the main migration element.","PeriodicalId":426485,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 27th International Symposium for Design and Technology in Electronic Packaging (SIITME)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125568451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
