Methods: A systematic search was employed and focused on qualitative studies. We searched some reference lists of eligible studies published 2018-2022. We followed the PRISMA guidelines. The analysis and synthesis process employed a meta-ethnography study. Findings were revealed by using five stages framework analysis. Results: Sixteen studies were included. We identified that the dialysis care integration burden had been perceived since the initial decision of dialysis care integration. Patients felt powerless since they were provided no choice of medical intervention. The perceived service affordability and barriers had added more burden experience of dialysis care integration. The dialysis care integration restricts various aspects of the patient’s life: food and drinks intake, mobilization, and activity. Several pieces of literature highlighted the feeling of being pointless and wasting their life. Life distortion due to dialysis affected biopsychosocial wellness. The strategy for integrated dialysis care required utilizing numerous resources to build positive coping strategies. The majority of studies acknowledged the acceptance strategy to cope with their current health situation. Conclusion: This finding had signified that dialysis patients demanded assistance from myriad resources to adjust to the current dialysis care. \u0000Keywords: Burden; Dialysis; Experience; Psychological; Qualitative study \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000

The method of development is to use medicinal plants in nature, namely the jeruju plant (Acanthus ilicifolius) which contains anti-inflammatory compounds. In this case the nurse collaborates with pharmacists to determine the content and dosage. The literature review aims to determine the effectiveness of jeruju plant extract (Acanthus ilicifolius) as an anti-inflammatory from previous studies and to determine the method, plant part and solvent used. The method used is an electronic data base (google scholar and science direct). The keywords used in Indonesian are "Acanthus ilicifolius as anti-inflammatory" and the keywords in English are "Acanthus ilicifolius AS anti-inflammatory". The criteria found must be that the jeruju plant (Acanthus ilicifolius) can be used as an anti-inflammatory. The jeruju plant (Acanthus ilicifolius) contains chemical compounds, namely flavonoids which act as anti-inflammatory. The observed results show that flavonoid compounds are responsible for the biological properties because they can show a significant positive correlation between metabolic content and biological activity. The extraction method that is widely used by experts is maceration because it is not complicated and the tool is simple. The most widely used anti-inflammatory test method is carrageenan induction because it is easy to use. The part of the plant that is better to use is the leaf because the anti-inflammatory flavonoid and terpenoid compounds have the highest levels in the leaf. As for the methanol solvent is more widely used because the methanol solution gives better results.

Children are vulnerable groups who are at greater risk during and after a disaster. The most common psychological effect after a disaster is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The purpose of this study was to detect early PTSD in children who were victims of the flood disaster. This research applied a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. 61 child victims were included in the study. The research was conducted in Jeneponto Regency which is one of the worst flood locations in South Sulawesi during 2019. The instrument used is the PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5), which consists of 20 items of questions. The study shows that children who experience PTSD are equal to 39.3% and did not experience PTSD as much as 60,7%. The most common symptoms of PTSD that were identified in children was re-experiencing with an average of 86.7%. It can be concluded that Incidence of PTSD could increase in children since a month after the disaster by experiencing symptoms of re-experiencing, avoidance, negative alterations in mood cognition, and hyperarousal. Age, gender, and exposure are also at risk for developing PTSD in children. There are still many modern medical practitioners who have not accepted this method as a method of treatment that can be accounted for. This article attempts to explain why complementary-alternative medicine continues to develop and why it needs to be widely proposed as a treatment method of choice, in addition to modern medical treatment. Conventional medical medicine or modern medicine and complementary-alternative medicine have different philosophical foundations, so imposing an assessment using biomedical methods to prove the efficacy of CAM seems less appropriate.
