Sexual education is very critical for adolescent health. Sexual education has shown more effective results when implemented in collaboration with adolescents. Lack of educational resources, issues considered taboo and cultural boundaries, and lack of trust in maintaining confidentiality cause ambiguity and misconceptions about sexual education. Implementing sexual education involves many parties, so this study aimed to analyze the stakeholders' perspectives on sexual education delivery for adolescents. This systemic review was conducted to find relevant articles in Scopus, CINAHL, Science Direct, and ProQuest databases—the research guideline using The PRISMA checklist. The eligibility criteria and The JBI Checklist were prepared as a guide in measuring article quality. In the final review, twelve articles were included. The articles mentioned parents, adolescents, teachers, and other stakeholders' perspectives. Parents' perspectives have who is responsible for educating adolescents, taboo and lack of communication skills between parent-child, contents of sexual education, and delayed sexual education. Adolescents' perspectives, such as sources and ideal versions of sexual education. Teachers' perspectives include people who should be responsible and skill-based teachers. Meanwhile, other stakeholders' perspectives have school-based, religious challenges, partnerships, and communication strategies with adolescents. This study shows the need for improvement in delivering sexual education. \u0000Keywords: Stakeholders; sexual education; skill-based teachers; parents care; communication skills

Untreated depression will negatively impact students’ quality of life; moreover, it can trigger students to consume drugs and alcohol or commit suicide. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of saffron on students who perceive depression. This is an experimental, un-blinded study. In this study, 71 nursing students who perceived depression symptoms participated. In the saffron (intervention group), 40 nursing students were voluntarily assigned to receive saffron (5 strands of dried saffron petals, brewed in 200 ml warm water, consumed twice daily, morning and night). In comparison, 31 students (control group) drink regular tea for two weeks. Using the DASS 21 Checklist, we assessed the students at baseline and, after two weeks, completed therapy to measure the outcome. Finally, the data were analyzed using Wilcoxon Test statistical analysis. Saffron had a more significant impact on depression levels among the intervention group. The mean stress scores decreased from 15.4 ± 6.1 to 10.8 ± 5.8 for the saffron group (p < .0001), while for the control group, the depression score slightly increased from 13,74 to 14,52. Our findings suggest that saffron is effective in reducing depression levels among nursing students. \u0000Keywords: Depression; nursing care; nursing students; nursing intervention; complementary therapy

This study explores Indonesian nurses' working experiences in Saudi Arabia during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. A qualitative design with a phenomenological approach was used in this study. The inclusion criteria were 10 Indonesian nurses working in the COVID-19 ward, registered nurses at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), and able to participate in this research, while the exclusion criteria were out of those criteria. A semi-structured interview was used in a suitable setting, and the data transcription followed seven steps of Colaizzi's analysis. Three themes were identified: burnout, support system, and job satisfaction. These themes reflect the workload of Indonesian nurses who work in the government hospital in Saudi Arabia. All participants were exhausted in the post-COVID-19 pandemic. The researcher recommended the need for comprehensive support by the government and suggested established policies that reduce the psychological problem of non-Saudi nurses in post-pandemic COVID-19. \u0000Keywords: COVID-19; Indonesian nurse; working experiences; phenomenological study; Saudi Arabia

It is notable to understand the philosophical view of the researcher in conducting the study; in particular advanced analysis, the method would generate advanced nursing knowledge. Philosophical approaches to knowledge development in ontological, epistemological, and axiological contexts were addressed. Developing new knowledge requires the nurse to understand the nature, source, and ways to access the knowledge. Some philosophical approaches are discussed, including post-positivism, interpretative, humanistic, naturalistic, and critical approaches. Thus, different methods for acquiring knowledge, from observation to intervention studies which are underlying philosophies in nursing for addressing huge nursing phenomena, could enrich the nursing body of knowledge. Great use of evidence-based nursing knowledge leads to improved nursing practice quality. Diabetic ulcers are one of the chronic complications of diabetes in the form of damage to the skin and surrounding tissues. The problem of fulfilling spiritual needs can affect the healing process of diabetic ulcers. Aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the spiritual needs of diabetic ulcer patients in Indonesia. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 104 diabetic foot ulcers patient. The patients were recruited from 5 cities in Indonesia using a purposive sampling method from June until August 2022. The instruments consisted of a sociodemographic characteristics form and the Spiritual Needs Questionnaire (SpNQ) to explore patients' Spiritual needs. Then, bivariate and multivariate binary logistics were performed. Results: Patients with diabetic foot ulcers were 65.4% female, the age of most respondents was 40 to 60 years (76.9%), and the status of married respondents was 80.8%. There is a significant relationship between the dependent variable (spiritual needs) and the independent variable (age, marital status, length of wound, and degree of diabetic ulcer) with P < 0.05. The length of time the patient had a wound has proven to be the most related factor to the spiritual needs of diabetic foot ulcer patients, with an Exp (B) value of 2.235. Conclusions and Suggestions: Health workers in clinics/hospitals need to pay attention to the factors that influence the spiritual needs of diabetic foot ulcer patients. So that they can then provide comprehensive nursing care to maintain physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects to improve the patient's quality of life and accelerate the wound healing process.
