Managing the disease was crucial in order to improve the quality of life among those older people. Purposes: This study aims to identify the effect of health education in self-management improvement among older people with chronic non-communicable disease. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study. The respondents recruited by using accidental sampling method, and 40 older people participated. The socio-demographics, life-style and self-management extracted by using paper-based questionnaires. Results: predominantly participants were old-old category (55%), women (62.5), middle level of education (50%), household (42.5%), married (67.5%), consume salted fish (80%), salted egg (50%).
