They play a significant role in promoting social interaction, cultural exchange, and stimulate the development of social ties. Thoughtful design of public spaces involves not only ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal, but also an in-depth analysis of the needs of local communities, taking into account historical and cultural features and unique requirements. \u0000Ukraine, as a country with a rich cultural heritage and diverse communities, has great potential for the development of public projects. Their existence is reflected in a variety of forms: from city squares and parks to culture and sports centers. The grateful synergy between architects, local authorities, and the public contributes to the creation of innovative and socially significant projects that contribute to the rapprochement and development of communities. \u0000This article explores the public projects of the architect Yuri Seryogin, which reflect his contribution to the development of the architectural scene and public space. Using the analysis and evaluation of projects, the article offers coverage of key aspects of the architect's work, his approaches to solving architectural problems, and his impact on society.

Most of the funds and investments have been allocated for the reconstruction of private houses. To date, hundreds of families have received the keys to a new house in the communities of Irpen, Gostomel, Buchi. The work is aimed at considering the architectural aspects of the reconstructed housing: area, shape, style. The advantages and disadvantages of various types of reconstructed manor houses are revealed. The main technologies for the construction of manor houses during reconstruction are considered. The importance of taking into account the means of architectural composition in the design of private housing is emphasized. However, challenges persist when it comes to catering to the needs of the elderly population. The issue is compounded by the escalating numbers of elderly individuals across various nations, with China being particularly affected due to historical state birth control policies. This demographic shift is not exclusive to China but is also emerging in other populous nations. Consequently, there is an urgent need to prioritize the establishment and enhancement of social welfare institutions and rehabilitation centers. A critical aspect of this endeavor is the development of well-designed architectural and planning solutions for these facilities, encompassing various functional zones such as the entrance, residential areas, medical and rehabilitation centers, spaces for physical activity and recreation, social adaptation areas, leisure zones, and economic facilities. The creation of comfortable and purposeful environments within these institutions is essential for addressing the evolving needs of the aging population and ensuring their overall well-being.

The main problems of the comfort of the temporary living environment are outlined and the possible ways to solve them are determined. \u0000In the course of the study, the main problems of ensuring the comfort of temporary housing on the basis of mobile buildings for displaced persons were identified, namely: the minimum spatial parameters of functional zones necessary for living, which corresponds to a low level of functional comfort, a low level of aesthetic comfort due to the universality of aesthetic solutions of residential interiors, low level of improvement of the territory and cultural and household services. \u0000The main directions of improving the comfort of a temporary living environment based on mobile buildings are the optimal ratio of spatial parameters of functional zones and their mutual location relative to each other; organization of everyday cultural and household services on the premises; increasing the level of improvement of the surrounding area of temporary housing; increasing the aesthetic comfort of the living environment due to the use of color and exterior and interior, the use of various finishing materials and elements of surface graphics, etc.

Most of such objects are unknown to society, not researched, their state of preservation is critical or they are only partially preserved, but at the same time, the value and uniqueness of such objects are the property of the entire nation. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out measures to preserve and protect valuable historical architectural and town-planning complexes, as well as to identify them with the help of a set of measures developed individually for each object. The article develops a typology of methods of identification of architectural and urban planning heritage. Among the options for identification methods: planar and three-dimensional tracings, information signs-symbols, exposure of ground and underground fragments of the object, model three-dimensional compositions, interactive and multimedia infoboxes, information and navigation systems, 3D reconstructions of lost objects, etc. In the process of finding and developing options for identification of Ukrainian heritage, options for identification of partially and completely lost valuable historical ensembles and complexes in the world were researched and analyzed.
