ANALYSIS OF DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PRACTICE MASS HOUSING

Abstract

The article reveals the basics of the formation of residential buildings of mass industrial construction. Design and construction practice and typological features of residential buildings are analyzed. Proposals for the reconstruction and reconstruction of mass housing in Ukraine are being considered. The organization of housing with the use of promising architectural and structural systems and the formation of housing complexes is revealed. Modern trends in the architectural design of multi-story residential buildings are considered, and proposals for the complex formation of housing with targeted development of residential structures are provided.
