As architectural examples, two authentic objects of both religious movements built in the same time period in the area of Nara were chosen, namely: the Toshodai-ji monastery complex, founded in 759 by the Buddhist monk Jianzhen, and the Kasuga shrine complex, built in the early eighth century by representatives of the powerful Fujiwara clan, the protector of imperial power. The analysis of the selected objects is carried out in four aspects: the nature of the organization of space, the nature of the interaction of structural elements, the nature of their accessibility and semantic content. The architecture of the Toshodai-ji monastery complex is dominated by continental influences, which are reflected in the organization of the complex, the structure and interior of its main pavilion kondo, and its semantics. The architecture of the complex shows the beginning of the process of transformation of local architectural traditions into Buddhist architecture, which is mainly reflected in the the structure and organization of the interior space of the kondo. The Kasuga shrine complex, on the contrary, although influenced by continental techniques, remains largely within the framework of local influences, which prevail mainly at the level of organization of the complex and at the level of its semantics. Continental influences are manifested in attempts to organize the structure of the shrine complex following the examples of Buddhist architectural complexes, as well as in the architectural form of the hondo pavilions. The identification of the characteristic features of the two architectural traditions was carried out in parallel for each of the selected objects, and based on the results obtained, the nature of the mutual influence of the two architectural concepts was compared in quantitative terms.

The essence of the problem of the waking up of the hotel complexes in the territory of Morocco is different, which is connected with the national and traditional styles in the interconnected interior and the traditional decoration of the apartment complex. The relevance of the development of the basic principles of architec- tural and planning organizations and the air-space composition of the hotel and tourist complexes in the minds of the Moroccan climate of Morocco has been revised. \u0000It is worth looking at the future buddies of the hotel complexes and those in the minds of the practitioners. Practically necessary, the need to upraise the main national traditions and values of the historical decline of Morocco. Also, in stats, important is the importance of developing regional standards for designing hotel complexes for the specialties of Morocco and the traditions of Morocco. \u0000As a result, it turned out that nowadays it’s been blown out of the ordinary mind with a touch of mass tourism in Morocco, which is simple, simple, well-planned and new hotel complexes. In order to make sure that everything was built like a system of spaciously connected architectural ensembles, it would be necessary to develop the basic principles of formulating the hotel complexes in the hot climate of Morocco. The principle of guilty responsibility and motherhood is fundamentally valuable and historically went into the middle of the storehouse, allowing you to save in the new complexes the independence of the Moroccan architecture. \u0000The important thing is that it’s a fact that now you are in the country of Morocco standing on the edge of the vibrant architecture and the traditional tradition. The country can be found in the near proximity to Europe, Morocco’s most private settlements, and it’s possible to speak to the populations, and along the streets of the city of Tangier it’s been a long time to go alone to Europe. In the socio-economic life of the country, this reform contributed to the establishment of local self-government, in urban planning activities began spatial planning, the main task of which is the development of comprehensive plans for spatial development of the territories of united territorial communities. \u0000According to the current legislation, the main subject of local self-government in Ukraine is a united territorial community. Adoption of the Law 711-IX "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Land Use Planning" provides for the development of special urban planning documentation, which extends its effect to the community, which in turn allows the united territorial community to determine the planning and development of its own territory. Law 711-IX also introduces a new type of urban planning documentation - a comprehensive plan for the spatial development of the territory of the united territorial community. In order to successfully implement this project, it is necessary to assess all the challenges and risks in the field of administrative services, medicine, education, road and engineering infrastructure, environmental protection and cultural heritage when drawing up a community spatial development plan in modern conditions. \u0000The main problem in drawing up comprehensive plans is the spatial organization of agricultural areas and the interests of the peasant farmer, a representative of the middle class, whose opinion should be taken into account through surveys and analysis of his social and industrial activities, including taking into account his domestic and economic interests. \u0000When drawing up comprehensive spatial development plans, the project team should involve community specialists (architect, land surveyor), as well as community proxies (priests, teachers) who know regional issues, history and traditional crafts of the territories and will defend their development. As many community residents as possible should participate in the discussion and approval of project proposals for a comprehensive plan, in order to prevent resistance and understand the need to implement it.

Various aspects of housing cell formation are considered in the scientific works of Bachynska L.G., Gnesya I.P., Gnat G.O. etc.The history of furniture development with the signs of transformation was studied by scientists: Bosyi I.M., Mygal S.P., Z. Dyachun., Vergunova N.S. The purpose of the study is to identify methods of forming the interior of a small residential cell, taking into account the requirements of comfortable living for a small mobile resident. Factors that determine the comfort of the living cell environment and the means to create conditions to ensure a comfortable stay and life in a limited area have been identified. One of the aspects of shaping the interior design of a smart apartment is the use of furniture-transformers. The classification of furniture-transformers according to the level of transformation is carried out: furniture that changes its position without changing the function; furniture that combines several functions; spatial «housing cube». \u0000The main directions of architectural and planning organization of smart apartments are identified: hotel-type apartment, studio apartment, apartment with two rooms, and their possibilities for organization of main functional zones. The basic expedient architectural and planning schemes of smart apartments with examples of their zoning, placement of furniture and interior design are developed and given. It was found that to create a barrier-free living environment for a low-mobility resident, the most acceptable schemes are a two-room apartment or a studio apartment, due to the size and square shape of the plan, which allows you to organize movement and access to furniture in a wheelchair. Based on a comprehensive consideration of the requirements for environmental comfort, regulatory requirements for barrier-free space, features of the use of furniture-transformers, compositional techniques of space organization, ergonomics and energy efficiency, the use of new technologies and modern environmental finishing materials, have been developed and implemented in real design smart apartment concept for little mobile resident. The description of project development with the substantiation of the accepted decision is given. According to the results of the study, recommendations for the design of the interior of a smart apartment for a low-mobile resident were formulated, including: «free floor», access and ease of use of furniture, equipment and technical equipment; use of furniture-transformers.
