The examination system designed by the use of network and computer information technology makes the examination procedures and test propositions of students reach an unprecedented standard, standardizes the examination procedures, and provides a feasible scheme for the reform of English examination methods. The article designs a “Network-based College English Examination System”. The system adopts the C/S and B/S mixed mode of three-tier structure, selects Delphi programming language, and uses SQLServer2000 database as the system development tool. Such poor quality not only fails to meet user expectations but also leads to significant performance degradation in many applications. In this paper, we propose a new low-light image enhancement method that exploits the feature validity of the attention mechanism and the spatial validity of the pyramidal structure. Specifically, the proposed method is able to recover image details from the original input and enhance the lighting and combine them at the end of the network. Moreover, the pyramid structure defined in the feature space based on the rich connection of higher-order residuals in the multi-scale structure makes the recovery process more efficient. This decomposition-based scheme is quite ideal for learning the highly nonlinear relationship between degraded images and their enhancement results. Experimental results on different datasets show that the proposed ADPN outperforms existing methods. Large current switching test is a key test to evaluate the breaking performance of On-load Tap-changer. However, there are few quantitative studies on the changes of electrical parameters and test equivalence during the test. This research is based on the large current switching test of On-load Tap-changer using resonance method. Firstly, the variation law of the electrical quantities in the test system under each action stage of the On-load Tap-changer is calculated by using the equivalent transformation of the electrical topology. Then, the deviation between the current and voltage in the test circuit and the current and voltage of the On-load Tap-changer under actual operation state is calculated, and the test equivalence and influencing factors are analyzed. In order to solve this problem, this paper uses the eccentric wire to pass through the current transformer and is parallel to the primary current bus. The hardware device is used to extract the primary current and inject the eccentric wire in the reverse direction to offset the current of the primary bus. Then inject pure power frequency current for live calibration of the transformer. This paper first introduces this method, and then verifies the effect of eccentricity on the cancellation of primary current through simulation. The scheme of building a distributed e-commerce advertising fixed-point promotion system based on Hadoop is studied. The algorithm based on MapReduce model has high scalability and performance, and can perform offline data analysis efficiently. This paper proposes a decomposition personalized Markov chain (FPMC) model, which combines the MC model with the MF model. The final experimental results verify that the average absolute error (MAE) of the personalized Markov chain (FPMC) model based on content and collaborative filtering is reduced by 15% and 6% compared with traditional content-based or collaborative filtering algorithms. Sharding technology is regarded as the most likely solution to the current blockchain bottleneck, it divides the nodes of the blockchain network into each shard, which can maximize the transaction processing capacity of the system. In a sharding scheme, the blockchain is split into several blocks, networks with fewer nodes are created, so the reliability of the nodes in the network becomes critical. In this work, a blockchain sharding scheme based on Verifiable Random Functions(VRF) and node reputation is proposed. The nodes are randomly assigned to each shard by VRF, and the nodes are encouraged to work actively through the reputation score of the in-shard nodes.
