The comprehensiveness, timeliness, and accuracy of measurement data collection will directly affect the decision-making of production and the improvement of overall efficiency. However, in most energy-consuming enterprises, measurement data management will undoubtedly become a major and complex issue due to the complex production process, numerous measurement links, and great differences in the characteristics of various measurement media. In order to effectively exert the function of metering data management and create obvious economic benefits for enterprises, firstly, this work discusses the common equipment data collection content and Browser/server (B/S) architecture theory in comprehensive energy metering collection and testing management. Secondly, based on B/S architecture, computer network technology is used to establish a smart integrated energy measurement collection and detection management system. Finally, the energy consumption of the energy metering information network is analyzed under computer network technology. The results show that the comprehensive energy measurement by computer network technology is closer to the numerical range of actual energy collection results. The traditional energy measurement collection results and the actual energy measurement value range are larger, which is not conducive to the authenticity of the energy measurement collection data and the further energy detection and management of the enterprise.
