To address this issue, this paper first gives a brief overview of the working principle of the fast repulsive mechanism, builds a simulation model of the fast repulsive mechanism using Maxwell, studies three kinds of failures caused by the repulsive disc damage, jamming and unstable capacitor charging voltage, and simulates the above three types of failures and the normal operation state separately for comparative analysis. The sea-crossing bridge is often in harsh weather waters such as strong winds and the current situation is difficult to predict. Therefore, it is particularly important to accurately and effectively identify and analyze the dangerous factors of bridge column construction. Based on the grounded theory, this paper selects 15 crucial risk factors for constructing the bridge column of the sea-crossing bridge from three aspects. The relationship between the indexes and the structure of the index system is analyzed by the fuzzy interpretative structural model-cross-impact matrix multiplication (FISM-MICMAC) method. The relationship between various factors is gradually analyzed and concluded from the perspective of the environment, construction, and human system analysis. The results show that the dangerous factors that play a direct role in the construction of cross-sea bridge columns mainly include the construction site conditions and material and equipment conditions, and the dangerous fundamental factors are the objective influence of natural environment and geological conditions. We proposed six significant indicators to evaluate the maturity of the D&A system. We built a comprehensive evaluation model combining BP neural network and AHP to evaluate the maturity of the D&A system, and the accuracy rate of the comprehensive evaluation method was 93% after testing. The comprehensiveness, timeliness, and accuracy of measurement data collection will directly affect the decision-making of production and the improvement of overall efficiency. However, in most energy-consuming enterprises, measurement data management will undoubtedly become a major and complex issue due to the complex production process, numerous measurement links, and great differences in the characteristics of various measurement media. In order to effectively exert the function of metering data management and create obvious economic benefits for enterprises, firstly, this work discusses the common equipment data collection content and Browser/server (B/S) architecture theory in comprehensive energy metering collection and testing management. Secondly, based on B/S architecture, computer network technology is used to establish a smart integrated energy measurement collection and detection management system. Finally, the energy consumption of the energy metering information network is analyzed under computer network technology. The results show that the comprehensive energy measurement by computer network technology is closer to the numerical range of actual energy collection results. The traditional energy measurement collection results and the actual energy measurement value range are larger, which is not conducive to the authenticity of the energy measurement collection data and the further energy detection and management of the enterprise.
