Abstract

To further study the dynamic characteristics of magnetic memristors and reduce the observation difficulty of chaotic phenomena. The design based on Chua's circuit, traditional Chua's diode is replaced by active magnetic memristors, resistor is replaced by magnetic memristors, and two ends of the inductance are connected in series with resistor, double memristor circuit based on active magnetic memristors is proposed. Dynamic characteristics of the circuit system are analyzed, the system dynamics analysis under different parameters is obtained. Design is more conducive to circuit realization, and enriches the research field of memristor dynamics system.
基于有源磁阻器的双忆阻器电路特性分析
