The model can adapt to a variety of conditions and has good sensitivity. This paper improved the model to consider the impact of managing forests on carbon sequestration, economy, ecological balance, climate, and other factors and gave them weights through the entropy weight method and the TOPSIS method, then re-given a better decision-making plan. This model has better practicability and can be used for different types of forests and can be adjusted according to the needs or preferences of local people, and the solution with the strongest carbon sequestration ability under the conditions that meet the requirements of the conditions can be obtained. This paper applied the above-improved model to two different forests, Geater Khingan Range and Wuyi Mountain. A Latch-type comparator comprising two cross-coupled inverters is altered for fast operation, with advantages of a high-impedance input, robustness against mismatch, and no static power consumption kept. A splendid technique is a low-power high-precision comparator with an offset scheme implemented on it, achieving a fast and robust offset convergence. The scheme barely introduces delay and mismatch and is designed with minimal extra power consumption and delay. A novel triple-Latch Feedforward (TLFF) fully Dynamic Comparator composed with three stage latches and a feedforward path is proposed to reduce the delay remarkably for large differential input. Another dynamic-bias comparator is designed and compared with prior study, saving the energy consumption considerably with given noise. However, it sacrifices the operation speed due to incomplete discharge. This paper proposes a blockchain-based deep forgery data identification and traceability framework. Firstly, a method of trusted identification of electronic data based on blockchain is proposed, which constructs the unique identification of data and embeds it in the electronic data as a digital watermark. Second, introduce blockchain-based electronic data forensic appraisal technology to conduct authenticity and similarity analysis of electronic data. Finally, a deep forgery data traceability mechanism based on digital identification is designed to realize deep forgery data traceability and dissemination supervision. A certain reservoir group is taken as the research object, combined with the collected information of the reservoir groups in previous years. The ecological dispatch is studied to ensure the ecological flow of 60m3/s, and the preparation and calculation of the monthly and ten-day water dispatch plans for normal and low water levels are realized. This model minimizes the negative expected return and meanwhile incorporates the L1 norm of the difference between two consecutive allocations as a regularization term to control the transaction cost. We first apply the linearized augmented Lagrangian method to solve the proposed model and derive a convergent iterative algorithm whose update in each iteration has a closed form, which enables the computational efficiency of the algorithm. To further study the problem, the alternative direction method of multipliers is applied to solve the portfolio model and its convergence is theoretically guaranteed as well as guaranteeing that the portfolio variables for each iteration are constrained in simplex.
