This study is based on Shaanxi Province as the research area, combined with 2000, 2010 and 2018 land use / cover, quantitative assessment of ecological supply services, regulation services, support services, support services, and cultural services and its cold hot spot time and space. The results showed that: (1) 2000–2018, Shaanxi land use patterns changed, mainly as the forest area continued to increase, the area of cultivated land is slightly reduced, and the area of construction is increased faster; (2) 2000, 2010 and 2018 The total value of Shaanxi ecosystem services is 890.76 billion yuan, 913.88 billion yuan and 911.198 billion yuan, which are rising in fluctuations; (3) 2018, Yulin City is in the total value of the total value of ecosystem services; Hanzhong City and Ankang City is in Unit area value hotspot area.
