Second, it appeared to be a program to increase employment competency. Third, it was identified as a practical support program for preparing for employment. \u0000Conclusions First, there is a need for a plan to systematically support employment competency and enable self-reflection. As a result of looking at various university employment support programs, it was found that em-ployment competency was important. Second, it is necessary to provide customized publicity and services for col-lege students for career and employment counseling. Accordingly, if you actively promote on YouTube and Instagram that college students easily access and use, it can be easier to recruit program personnel. Third, it is necessary to establish the employment support program system so that it can be actively used. In other words, if students can be systematically managed, it will be possible to develop ways to secure excellent talent and in-crease the interest of non-participating students.

The main study carried out a confirmatory factor analysis to test the items by the component in fitness, reliability, and validity with students who participated in the extracurricular program and tested the model for fitness based on discriminant and convergent validity with AMOS 21.0. \u0000Results Based on the results, the study developed a scale to measure learning competence with six components and 35 items. To investigate its effects, the extracurricular program to reinforce learning competence was applied to ten low performers in learning in two semesters with changes to their learning competence measurements analyzed. The analysis results show that there were significant outcomes for learning motives, self-directed, cre-ative convergence, learning strategies, and community spirit under the six components and no significant out-comes for learning affection. \u0000Conclusions Based on these findings, the study offers some objective ground data helpful for each college and university to develop a custom scale to measure learning competence based on the core competencies, measure the degree of competence cultivation based on the characteristics of learners, and assess outcomes with custom extracurricular program supports, thus holding its research implications. First, perfectionistic self-presentation showed a positive correlation with loneliness. The self-concept clarity had negative correlation with perfectionistic self-pre-sentation, loneliness. Second, the negative effects of perfectionistic self-presentation on loneliness have been buffered by self-concept clarity. Third, under the condition where self-concept clarity is high, loneliness de-creases as ‘perfectionistic self promotion’ increase. And as the level of self-concept clarity increase, the influence of ‘nondisplay of imperfection’ and ‘nondisclosure of imperfection’ on loneliness lessened. \u0000Conclusions This study suggested that even if there is a perfectionistic self-presentation characteristic, if the self-concept is clear, it can not only be a protective factor against loneliness, but also an adaptive strategy of inter-personal relationships if the functional aspects of the perfectionistic self-presentation’s sub-factors are utilized. Furthermore, it suggests that even in everyday scenes, individuals can independently overcome interpersonal problems by clearly understanding themselves.

The noted structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. \u0000Results We compared the model fits of the research model and the competition model, and found that the com-petition model was the best model for the present data. The results of the study showed that there are relation-ships between noted mother’s child-based self-worth fully mediated as noted in the relationship between moth-ering ideology and positive mother-child relationship, and positive mother-child relationship fully mediated as seen in the relationship between mother’s child-based self-worth and parenting stress. These findings indicated that the incident of mothering ideology influenced parenting stress through mother’s child-based self-worth and positive mother-child relationship with dual mediation effects. \u0000Conclusions The deeper the mother's ideology is internalized, the more a mother’s child-based self-worth to child, which means that the mother becomes less positive about her relationship with the child, resulting in pa-renting stress. Data analysis used frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlations, and multiple regression analysis. \u0000Results Nursing students' problem-solving ability had a statistically significant positive correlation with academic resilience (r=.675, p<.001) and nursing professional intuition (r=.498, p<.001). As a result of conducting a hier-archical multiple regression analysis by inputting religious status and grades, which showed significant differences in problem-solving ability among general characteristics, the influence on problem-solving ability was determined by grades (β=.25, p=.002) and academic resilience (β=.65, p<.001) and nursing professional intuition (β=.33, p<.001) explained 58.1% (F=41.10, p<.001), and among the three variables, academic resilience was associated with problem-solving ability. was explained the most at 48.4%. \u0000Conclusions Nursing students' grades, academic resilience, and nursing professional intuition are important influ-encing factors that promote problem-solving ability, and among these, academic resilience was confirmed to be the factor that most explains problem-solving ability. Therefore, in order to improve the problem-solving ability of nursing students, a nursing education strategy that takes into account academic resilience and nursing pro-fessional intuition is needed, and nursing education programs and professional skills that improve the sub-areas of learning control ability, divergent thinking, execution, and risk-taking ability are needed. Before and after implementing online non-face-to-face life science classes, EEG data were collected at rest with eyes open, and aspects of DMN and scientific attitude were confirmed through brain current density and connectivity analysis. \u0000Results As a result of the study, a statistically significant difference in brain current density was confirmed in the alpha-2 and beta-2 bands. In the case of the alpha-2 band, low current density was observed in the superior fron-tal gyrus and middle frontal gyrus of the right frontal lobe. In the case of the beta-2 band, low current density ap-peared in the superior temporal gyrus, postcentral gyrus, and insula, centered on the right hemisphere. Additionally, low brain connectivity was confirmed between the Medial Frontal Gyrus and the Right Inferior Parietal Lobe pathway(MFG - RPL). \u0000Conclusions Online, non-face-to-face teaching methods tend to reflect the learner's passive participation and unstable mental state.
