摘要

目的 本研究的目的是根据教师对儿童虐待报告义务人教育的看法,提出问题和改进方向。儿童虐待报告义务人教育是保育教师每年应接受的必修教育之一。方法 选取 2022 年 5 月至 11 月在釜山日托中心工作的 16 名保育教师为研究对象,他们参加了由釜山市政府生育和儿童保育科举办的预防虐待儿童定制教育。结果 数据分析结果显示:第一,虐童报告义务教育的收听方式分为在线收听和在线、面授两种,但大部分教师更倾向于收听舒适的在线课堂;第二,大部分虐童报告义务教育由相似的教育内容组成,教师希望的教育方式是可以回答问题的小班面授课堂;第三,虐童报告义务教育的收听方式分为在线收听和在线、面授两种,但大部分教师更倾向于收听舒适的在线课堂;第四,虐童报告义务教育的收听方式分为在线收听和在线、面授两种,但大部分教师更倾向于收听舒适的在线课堂;第五,虐童报告义务教育的收听方式分为在线收听和在线、面授两种,但大部分教师更倾向于收听舒适的在线课堂。结论 本研究的结果具有重要意义,它探讨了虐童报告义务教育中存在的问题,并根据教师的想法,就预防虐童需要在政治和教育方面改进的事项提出了政策和教育措施。
