Preliminary items were developed through previous studies. And a preliminary scale of 27 items was developed through the expert’s content validity verification and the subjects’ understanding of the prior items. A preliminary survey was conducted targeting upper grades of elementary school students nationwide, and 136 of the collected data were used for exploratory factor analysis. The main survey sampled a different group from the preliminary survey across the country, and 236 (94.4%) of the collected data were used in CFA, through which the optimal CBI for elementary school students was developed and a systematic validation procedure was performed. \u0000Results The Major results were as follows; First, through EFA using preliminary survey data, four latent factor were validly extracted and reliability was secured. Second, as a result of CFA using the main survey data, three items with a standardized regression weights(β) of .50 or less were removed and the goodness of fit index for the final CBI measurement model (24 items) were reviewed, and all were good. Third, as a result of calculating the AVE and C.R., of each sub-factor, all of the evaluation criteria were satisfied and the construct validity was verified. Fourth, as a result of conducting a correlation analysis based on social support, self-esteem and self-efficacy measure-ment tools to verify criterion validity, the correlations among sub-factors of each variable were all significant. And the overall the reliability (Cronbach’s α) of the final CBI, was found to be .912, and the reliability of each sub-factor was also confirmed to be good. \u0000Conclusions Based on the monistic career barriers advocated in Social Cognitive Career Theory, the concept and sub-factors of career barriers for upper grades of elementary school students were identified and a CBI for upper grades of elementary school students whose reliability and validity were verified through systematic procedure was developed.

This will be achieved by analyzing the deci-sion-making experiences of teachers involved in EdTech procurement in the field of public education. \u0000Methods To understand the educators' experiences related to EdTech purchase decision-making, this study con-ducted in-depth interviews with seven primary and secondary school teachers involved in their schools’ EdTech procurement processes. For the interview, participant selection was carried out using purposeful sampling. Based on the results of the interview, this study developed personas and journey maps, aligning them with the stages of the consumer behavior model proposed by Blackwell, Miniard, and Engel(2006). Additionally, a validity assess-ment was conducted with three experts to validate the developed personas and journey maps. \u0000Results This study examined the EdTech purchase decision-making process within the consumer behavior framework, as Blackwell, Miniard, and Engel(2006) proposed. This study identified four distinct educator persona types and created persona-based EdTech purchase decision journey maps. \u0000Conclusions According to the research findings, the EdTech purchase decision-making process in school settings can be categorized into bottom-top and top-bottom motivation based on the recognition of need, and it varies even among schools within the same grade level. This result indicates the need for a systematic data-based, or generalized decision-making framework within school environments. Based on these findings, this study dis-cusses the importance of fostering a culture of open EdTech utilization and the necessity of related policies and practical support to promote evidence-based EdTech decision-making.

Second, it was confirmed that subjects suitable for the talents, aptitudes, abilities, and careers of general high school students have been properly imposed under the distinction between essential and optional. Third, in terms of efficiency in organizing and operating general high school curriculum, it was confirmed that the criteria for allocation and com-pletion time have been set in consideration of the situation of the local community and school, the needs of stu-dents, and the characteristics and contents of the subject. \u0000Conclusions First, it is necessary to implement a customized curriculum system optimized based on the student's career so that general high school students can develop their own talents, aptitudes, and abilities and pioneer ca-reers in terms of lifelong learning. Second, to organize and operate a customized curriculum for students, it is nec-essary to restructure the subject by career of general high school students and reorganize the subject in consid-eration of the nature, scope, role, status, and weight of the subject in terms of balance, sequence, and concentration. A total of 151 people were analyzed using content analysis. \u0000Results As a result, among the four modern leadership theories, the distribution of empathy was in the following order: servant leadership (41.1%), transformational leadership (27.1%), authentic leadership (16.6%), and char-ismatic leadership (15.2%). Four teacher training universities were selected as the subjects of this study. To analyze the curriculum, we used the ‘2023 Curriculum’ provided on the websites of four teacher training colleges. In order to improve the validity of the study, four experts were interviewed to collect opinions on the validity of the analysis tool and the validity of the curriculum analysis results. \u0000Results First, the university's ESG education content elements were extracted by dividing them into environment (E), society (S), and governance (G).
