The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, ex-ploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency coefficient ((Cronbach's α)α), correla-tion analysis, path analysis, and bootstrapping using Hayes' (2013) PROCESS macro mediation test technique. All statistical significance was set at α=.05. \nResults The results are as follows: First, connectedness and competence had a positive influence on emotional regulation ability. Second, connectedness and emotional regulation ability had a positive influence on career adaptability.
