This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a purposive technique. The results showed that: 1) The job training program organized by the UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Semarang is good enough but it cannot be said to be effective because it has not met the requirements that are said to be effective, which is related to the achievement of goals or results, efficiency, and systems. maintenance. The unachieved target of the alumni absorption of training programs to work for companies or to establish independent businesses, curricula that are only basic or basic, and a short training time have resulted in aspects of achieving goals or results less effective. Limited facilities and infrastructure have resulted in job training programs not running optimally and with quality so that the efficiency aspect is less effective. The training program that cannot be guaranteed to take place every year and the condition of the training equipment which is not well maintained causes the maintenance system aspect to be less effective. 2) The target factor and the amount of assistance are inhibiting factors for the effectiveness of the UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Semarang. The lack of discipline of the participants during the training process has an impact on their lack of competence so that target factors hinder the effectiveness of the program. Kerjasama antar aktor menjadi salah satu kunci utama karena upaya mengurangi dampak perubahan iklim harus dilaksanakan secara multipihak pada setiap skala. Dusun Soka merupakan salah satu wilayah yang telah mengimplementasikan program tersebut dengan nama Proklim Sokaku Asri. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pengelolaan sampah melalui kelompok masyarakat TPS3R Sokaku Asri dan Bank Sampah Soka Resik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis jejaring stakeholder dalam keberlangsungan kegiatan pengelolaan sampah pada Program Kampung Iklim (Proklim) Sokaku Asri. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian jejaring aktor yang dilakukan dengan teknik net mapping, diketahui bahwa terdapat tujuh belas aktor yang berasal dari klasifikasi sektor pemerintah, sektor privat, masyarakat, kelompok masyarakat, LSM, media massa, serta badan hukum publik. Setiap pengaruh yang dihasilkan oleh ketujuh belas aktor kemudian membentuk jejaring dengan jenis dan tingkat pengaruh yang berbeda. Satisfaction is the level of a person's feelings after comparing the perceived service and performance with expectations. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality, driver performance and user satisfaction of mikrotrans Jak Lingko in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a total sample of 270 respondents who use mikrotrans Jak Lingko in DKI Jakarta. Based on this research, the results of the hypothesis test of the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction indicate a moderate and significant level of relationship and can be accepted, as evidenced by the results of the Kendall Tau correlation coefficient is 0.534, then Z-count 13.07> Z-table (5%) 1.96 and the percentage contribution of 28.5%. Hypothesis test results of the relationship between driver performance and user satisfaction indicate a moderate and significant level of relationship and can be accepted, as evidenced by the results of the Kendall Tau correlation coefficient is 0.514, then Z-count 12.58> Z-table (5%) 1.96 and the percentage contribution was 26.4%. Hypothesis test results of the relationship between service quality and driver performance with user satisfaction show a significant and acceptable relationship, as evidenced by the results of the Kendall tau concordance correlation coefficient, which is 0.814, then Chi-Square count> Chi Square table (5%) is 440.059> 5,991. with a contribution percentage of 66.2%. The three variables of this study have an average in the category of satisfied or good, although some indicators in these variables still show a score below the average. This research aims at the process of forming stakeholder collaboration in empowerment in the Tourism Village of Punjulharjo Rembang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The technique of selecting informants was carried out using purposive sampling. The collaborative process of stakeholders is seen from the sub-phenomenon of mutual understanding, commitment, communication and temporary impacts that have been carried out optimally. A sub-phenomenon that is less than optimal is communication in the empowerment capacitating stage. Communication between BUMDes Punjulharjo, Karang Jahe Beach Management Unit, Tourism Awareness Group, and Culture and Tourism Office is still not optimal. Communication is only effective in the internal environment, namely between BUMDes and the Management Unit. The driving factor for stakeholder collaboration in Karang Jahe Beach, Punjulharjo Village is the quality of stakeholder resources, tourism finance, and full support from the District Government. The inhibiting factor for stakeholder collaboration is the difference in interests between stakeholders and the passive community in empowerment. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa BRT Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner tertutup dan wawancara terstruktur. Teknik analisis yang digunakan peneliti Skala Likert, Persentase Tingkat Kepuasan, Skor Rata-Rata, Tabel Distribusi Frekuensi, Grafik, dan Diagram Kartesius. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan dari pengguna jasa BRT Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga pada tingkat “Cukup Memuaskan” dengan hasil tingkat kesesuaian sebsar 82%.. Permasalahan stunting merupakan masalah jangka panjang yang berdampak pada masa depan bangsa dan menjadi beban negara, Desa Kalirandu merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki angka stunting yang tinggi dan termasuk dalam desa lokus stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan kolaborasi yang dibangun dalam penanggulangan stunting di Desa Kalirandu serta mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat yang memengaruhi kolaborasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuh informan sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang berjalan cukup efektif dengan melihat fenomena dialog tatap muka, membangun kepercayaan, komitmen terhadap proses, pemahaman bersama dan hasil sementara. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat yang berhubungan dengan sumber daya manusia yaitu partisipasi masyarakat melalui kader stunting yang masih rendah, dominasi bidang kesehatan dalam penanganan stunting di Desa Kalirandu, rendahnya komitmen kepala desa dan masalah pengunggahan data. Vocational High School 6 Semarang as one of nationally referral Vocational High Schools in Revitalization of Vocational High Schools Program, involving many actors in the implementation process. The purpose of this study was to identify actors, the role of actors, the stages of the actor-network, and the model of actor-network that formed in the Development Program of Revitalization of Vocational High School 6 Semarang. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that there were 13 actors involved before Vocational High School 6 Semarang became self-managed; started from bureaucracy, judicial institutions, pressure groups, and community organizations; which were further classified as primary actors and secondary actors. Actors carried out their role as informant, consultant, partner, or control. The stages of the actor-network that was formed started from Punctualization, Translation, Problematization, Interessment, Enrollment, Inscription, Speaker/Delegate, Betrayal and Irreversibility. The model of actor-network formed in the form of Penta Helix. The results also showed that the change in the status of the development Program of Revitalization of Vocational High School 6 Semarang to be self-managed, requiring the adjustment toward actors who were involved and their roles as well as having an impact on the actor-network and the model of actor-network that have been formed. This research is a quantitative explanatory research. The population in this study were students at SMPN 35 and SMPN 44, with a total sample of 74 people. Data analysis techniques to determine the principal managerial ability, the role of teachers and student achievement used descriptive statistical analysis and to determine the magnitude of the influence of the principal managerial ability variables and the role of teachers on student achievement were processed using Kendall tau correlation analysis technique with the help of SPSS IBM 23. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik Pasar Semarangan Tinjomoyo menggunakan konsep lima atribut inovasi serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan ditentukan menggunakan teknik snowball. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis komponensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pasar Semarangan Tinjomoyo sebagai sebuah inovasi sudah memiliki Keuntungan Relatif dan Kemudahan untuk Diamati, akan tetapi masih belum Kompatibel serta memiliki Kerumitan ketika beroperasi, ditambah Pasar Semarangan Tinjomoyo belum melewati fase uji coba sebelumnya. Faktor penghambatnya adalah ketergantungan pada figur high performer serta tidak adanya anggaran dan perencanan jangka pendek.
