Dengan kemudahan fitur pelaporan masalah sampah dan pencemaran lingkungan secara online, Silampah dapat diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat Kota Semarang di manapun dan kapanpun tanpa dipungut biaya. Laporan yang berhasil masuk ke sistem akan segera direspon. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi beberapa indikator dari efektivitas pengelolaan Program Silampah. Indikatornya meliputi Prosedur Pelaksanaan Program, Efisiensi, Sarana dan Prasarana, Adaptasi/ Penyesuaian dan Kepuasan. Selain itu, peneliti juga menemukan kendala internal dalam Pengelolaan Silampah berupa penggunaan nomor palsu, wilayah pembuangan yang tidak dapat dijangkau armada pengangkutan, dan pembuangan di luar wewenang Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Semarang. Kendala ekternal yaitu bertumpu pada kesadaran dan mental masyarakat itu sendiri. Simpulan dari penelitian yaitu kurangnya sosialisasi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Semarang dalam pelaksanaan program Silampah mengakibatkan kurang maksimalnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi publik. Kota Semarang merupakan kota yang berusaha untuk menangani masalah gelandangan. Perlu adanya evaluasi dari tindakan Kota Semarang dalam menangani masalah gelandangan. Penanganan gelandangan di Kota Semarang dimuat dalam Peraturan Daerah No. 5 Tahun 2014. Pada skripsi ini penulis mengemukakan hasil analisis berdasarkan teori Dunn dan Anderson. Pada skripsi ini penulis melihat bahwa Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang telah maksimal dalam penanganan gelandangan. Namun masih banyak yang harus dilakukan karena penanganan gelandangan belum dirasa sudah mencapai tujuan dari adanya Perda tersebut yaitu tidak adanya lagi gelandangan dan kesejahteraan tiap individu. Perda tersebut memiliki faktor pendorong dan penghambat yang sangat rumit. Kejelasan dari sebuah definisi contohnya adalah hal yang mendasar dalam pelaksanaan. Namun hal ini acapkali jadi sebuah pikiran terbelakang dari pelaksanaan, sehingga gelandangan masih kurang dapat perhatian sebagaimana seharusnya ditangani. Penanganan gelandangan masih butuh banyak evaluasi mendalam ke depan-nya. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the SUPERONE application innovation in Candisari District, Semarang City and to find out the inhibiting factors of the SUPERONE application innovation in Candisari District, Semarang City. The research design used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Solid waste pollution is a crucial problem that harms environmental sustainability, such as odor, water, air, and solid waste pollution. These problems need to be managed effectively with a specific approach, including a waste bank. The Waste Bank is a community empowerment-based effort that involves a Reduce, Reuse, and Recycling program using solid waste as an economic resource. Further, the waste bank program is also changing the paradigm from the \"end of pipe\" to the \"reduction at the source\" paradigm. This study focuses on solid waste management in Semarang Regency, specifically at the Soka Resik Waste Bank. Through qualitative research, observation, interviews, and secondary sources such as documents, journals, books, and research notes were carried out. The study found that the Waste Bank programs have reduced the amount of solid waste dumped in the TPA and recorded managed inorganic waste piles. In this context, the local government also provides support in education, assistance, guidance, and monitoring and infrastructure to the community. The Soka Resik Garbage Bank also has a significant impact on environmental aspects, but it still needs improvement in social and economic aspects. However, in the implementation of commitment from the community and the percentage of achievement of each program activities are still not maximal. This study aims to further analyze how the economic empowerment of the community through organic vegetable programs in Ngemplak Village and the factors that influence it. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The data was collected through interview techniques for primary data, with 6 sources determined using snowball sampling techniques. Then documentation techniques for secondary data. The data analysis process uses miles and huberman models and is examined the quality of data obtained using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of empowerment through Kampung Sayur Organik in Ngemplak Village is still not maximal because of inappropriate access, critical awareness of the community that is still lacking, and participation that is still lacking. Factors that influence the implementation of empowerment are supportive environmental conditions, uneven human resources in obtaining an education, and characteristics and implementing agents that are not maximal in providing training and education. It's an achievement because, in fact, people's interest in a museum in today's modern era is relatively low. From 2015 to 2019, the number of tourists from Lawang Sewu Museum has always increased. It even increased in up to thousands of tourists each month. The purpose of this study is to see what is the factors that affecting the implementation of the development and management of Lawang Sewu Museum. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the manager of Lawang Sewu Museum is successful in developing and managing it, so it is desirable by the tourists. But there are still some evaluations that need to be done, such as staff recruitment and lack of funds in building expensive maintenance. Factors that affect the development and management of Lawang Sewu Museum are communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. To assist and develop Semarang tourism, the Semarang City Government has formed the Semarang City Tourism Promotion Board (BP2KS) which is regulated in Semarang City Mayor Regulation Number 2 of 2012 concerning the Semarang City Tourism Promotion Board. This study attempts to evaluate the Semarang City Government Policy regarding the Semarang City Tourism Promotion Board regarding whether or not BP2KS should be formed. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. This study uses evaluation indicators according to William Dunn based on Semarang Mayor Regulation Number 2 of 2012 concerning the Semarang City Tourism Promotion Board. The results of this study indicate that although BP2KS plays an important role in marketing and tourism development, the organization itself is still not optimal. BP2KS as an independent body still has many shortcomings such as a lack of clarity on the role of the organization, and the fulfillment of organizational tasks and functions that are still not optimal. People who come to Semarang City and stay for more than 30 days and do not intend to move are referred to as nonpermanent residents. One of them is in Tembalang District, that has one university, which has increasing the nonpermanent residents in Tembalang District. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the nonpermanent residents registration policy and the factors influence the low implementation of the policy, by using the Mazmanian and Sabatier policy implementation model and the factors affecting compliance according to Bierstedt. The method used in this research is qualitative and will be analyzed descriptively. Data collection using interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the nonpermanent residents registration policy in Tembalang Village has not been implemented in accordance with Semarang City Regulation Number 4 of 2016. The registration of nonpermanent residents in Tembalang Village is still low and very few report to implementing agencies because of the lack of information received by non-permanent residents. The author's recommendation is to conduct further socialization to inform the usefulness and form the habits in society. Through the Farmer's Card, which was initiated based on a Ministry Regulation. Rembang Regency is a regency that is experiencing the scarcity problem of subsidized fertilizers so that the Farmers Card is implemented in one of them in Rembang District as an area that uses the most active use and receives the Tani Card. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the Farmer Card Program in the Rembang District and to analyze the factors inhibiting the effectiveness of the Farmer Card Program in the Rembang District and to provide recommendations so that the Farmers Card can be used effectively. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach through the level theory of a program effectiveness by Sutrisno.
