Although planar coil fluxgate sensor possesses the advantages of simple structure and preparation, its large power consumption needs further research which caused by poor coil exciting efficiency and large excitation coil resistance. On the basis of the analysis of planar coil fluxgate theory, this paper presents the way to reduce the power consumption of the fluxgate sensor which using the standpoint of demagnetizing field, and designs several planar coil fluxgate sensor structure, finally make magnetic field simulation. In this paper, a registration method was proposed to solve the problem of mismatching of pathological section images of pulmonary nodules. Firstly, rough matching is performed, and the feature points are extracted according to the scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT) algorithm. Then fast sparse coding (FSC) is used for fine matching to eliminate mismatched pairs. The algorithm presented in this paper is applied to the registration between sequence sections of pulmonary nodules. In this work recent ab initio molecular dynamic simulation results are used for the JMA equation benchmark. It is found that: (a) the commonly used JMA equation does not account for the incubation period at the initial stage of phase change memory crystallization, even the equation is easily implemented with a sub-circuit. (b) the JMA equation based on the Arrhenius formula cannot reflect the crystallization rate with temperature. And we propose a weighted loss function to enhance the ability of learned features. To test the model, we construct a small-scale real-world Internet video-based face dataset. The conventional strategy has the problems of large computation and high switching frequency of devices. In order to solve these problems, a mark and operation voltage balancing strategy (MOVBS) is proposed. This strategy marks SMs with two different labels according to the amplitude of capacitor voltage of SMs and current direction of arms, then do sorting and selecting operations to SMs based on the marking results. It reduces sorting times, switching frequency and power loss of devices. For capacitor voltage sorting process, a binary radix sorting algorithm(BRSA) is proposed to improve sorting speed and efficiency of MOVBS. It features non-destructive measurement, easy operation, time-saving and isolates substrate coupling. In the recent study, the surface acoustic wave technique with cohesive zone model (CZM-SAW) is proposed to measure the film Young’s modulus and adhesion simultaneously. In this study, the simultaneous CZM-SAW technique is further studied by the experimental study. The experimental results show that for the film with bad adhesion property and porous low-k film with lower Young’s modulus, for the reliability of measuring results, it is highly required to use simultaneous CZM-SAW technique to measure the film Young’s modulus and adhesion. Moreover, the film test results are compared with nano-indentation test and nano-scratch test. Record drain current of 200 µA/µm has been achieved for 1-µm channel length multilayer MoS<inf>2</inf> MOSFETs on ZrO<inf>2</inf>/Si substrates. The intrinsic contact resistance of low work function metal Sc on exfoliated MoS<inf>2</inf> with strong gating effect on source region is significantly decreased to 0.9 kΩ·µm.
