In this paper we present a robust neural aggregation method for matching correspondences in stereoscopic color image. A data structure disparity space image (DSI) was firstly introduced for development of a local-based matching algorithm. To make good use of color information, stereo images were represented by RGB model, and the initial disparity dense map of correspond RGB channels were computed using NCC (normalized cross-correlation) based on DSI matching algorithm. The neural network performed the similarity aggregation of RGB channels, and the aggregated method shown not only a better overall behavior, but also the neural will improve the robustness of area-based matching methods which depend on the proper selection of window shape and size. Among the approaches, one of the most effective is so-called metaheuristics hybridization that tries to combine different strengths of different algorithms. In hybridization techniques, implementing low-level hybridization is considered as the most complicated due to the internal structure modification of the hybrid algorithms. In addition, different components of the hybrid algorithms are strongly inter-dependent and they must fit will together in solving a particular problem. Therefore, determining appropriate components to be retained and dropped or replaced in each of metaheuristic algorithm is a very difficult task. Responding to the complexity, this paper presents a new taxonomy for low-level hybridization. Then, a review of several implementations for low-level hybridization in metaheuristics is given with regards to the taxonomy. A new architecture of the SINS/GPS system is implemented on SOPC platform with dual NiosII soft-core, which is proposed as an alternative of the conventional implementation with FPGA plus DSP. The two NiosII soft-core, One CPU core is utilized for the central control, data acquisition and off-chip communication with the host computer, another core is for the implementation of real-time navigation. Moreover, the Kaiman filter is implemented as a specific IP embedded into the on-chip system, which possesses a higher efficiency than the conventional method by using C program on DSP. As a hardware filter, it's independent of NiosII. The experimental results show both excellent efficiency and real-time quality of the implemented system. After detecting the node strength distribution of the networks, we show that the strength distribution of the resulting networks can be well fitted with a power law. Furthermore, we using the method of chaotic recurrence plot explore the physical implications of network strength distribution. To investigate the dynamic characteristics of gas-liquid flow, we construct 50 complex flow networks under different flow conditions, and find that the power-law exponent, which is sensitive to the flow pattern transition, can really characterize the nonlinear dynamics of gas-liquid two-phase flow. Usually, CCD smear effect can be decreased greatly by employing certain measures. But smear effect can seriously disturb the dim targets detection in Star Observation Image (SOI). In order to realize automatic removing highlight target's smear in SOI, an automatic de-smear system is established. Algorithms such as Gaussian noise distribution parameters estimation, smear detection and gray level correction etc. are investigated. First, Gaussian noise's distribution parameter of SOI is estimated with histogram least square curve fitting. Subsequently, utilizing smear features in observation image, a smear detection algorithm based on statistical information is proposed. Then, after the smear position is determined, contaminated pixel's gray level is corrected. Finally, a set of de-smear system in star observation image has been developed with Visual Studio 2005. Experimental results indicate that with the SOI of 16 Bits and 1024 pixels×1024 pixels, single frame image processing time is about 300 ms. Smear effects are well corrected. And useful information of stars and target has not been destroyed. In ASW, how to choose proper parameters is a very difficult and ongoing issue. Until now most studies on ASW used empirical parameter values and little work focused on the discussion of the ASW parameter setting. In this paper, we presented a Relational Analysis Method (RAM) to investigate the effects of different parameters on the ASW performance. RAM simultaneously considers the changes of multiple parameters of ASW. Middlebury test platform and four standard test images are applied to conduct experiments. The results show that the different combinations of multiple parameters have significant influences on the ASW performance. The average bad pixels of the four images vary from 45.4% to 8.66%. The ASW performance obtained by using appropriate parameters is much better than several modified ASW methods. The results show that the strong wind days over the Bohai and Yellow Sea have a significant interannual variability and seasonal variability. On average, there are 50 strong wind events which last for at least 12 hours annually. In addition, strong windy weather events occur most frequently in winter and less frequently in summer. The strong wind events in summer are mainly attributed to the northward movement of the typhoons in the western Pacific, while those in winter are mainly brought by the cold fronts. The first two EOF eigenvectors describe the activities of tropical cyclones over the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea, respectively, together with the high pressure system in the northeastern China. Large pressure gradient between the high and low pressure systems results in the strong windy weather over the Bohai and Yellow Sea. Firstly, through Laplacian-based contraction and further processing, we extract skeleton points from point clouds of hands. Then, we apply a novel partition-based descriptor and corresponded algorithm to classify these skeletons and, taking one step further, to recognize gestures. In the process of recognition, the issue of scale variant and rotation variant are solved. Finally, to test and verify performance of our method, we design a series of experiments. Experimental results proved both its accuracy and robustness. It has become a useful tool for copyright protection, content authentication and steganography. Least Significant Bit is a commonly used technique in digital image watermarking. It is straight forward to understand and implement, and is widely used in many watermarking algorithms. A common problem of spatial LSB implementation is that a usual image compression can render watermark useless. In this paper we propose an alternative watermarking technique based on spatial LSB modification.
