The limitation of power and torque on propeller shaft lines is ensured by the redistribution of the emphasis between the motors or the reduction of the maximum load. The three-level multicriterion strategy of energy distribution management in the hybrid marine power plant of the combined propulsion complex was developed by integrating the classical power management strategy with the strategy of management and monitoring of the state of the medium-speed diesel generator and the degree of charge of the alternative generator element of the energy accumulation system.","PeriodicalId":404334,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 5th International Conference on Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control (MSNMC)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130027404","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method is assigned for the fixed base. Three gyroscopes and three accelerometers are used for initial latitude determination. Gyroscopes should have enough sensitivity to measure Earth rate value and accelerometers – to measure a gravity acceleration. It is shown that permanent base declination has no influence on the latitude determination. An error model of latitude determination method is developed. Experiments have demonstrated that using this method, the initial latitude can be received. The results of an experiment were conducted with Inertial Measurement Unit composed from precision accelerometers and ring laser gyroscopes. It is discussed that error of the latitude determination depends on errors of gyroscopes and accelerometers.","PeriodicalId":404334,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 5th International Conference on Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control (MSNMC)","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121951325","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The multiplicative function for automated evaluation of the flight safety in air traffic control, which allows checking the conformity of the values of organizational risk factors to the maximum permissible level of hazard, has been obtained. The proposed methodology for automated evaluation of the organizational risk factors influence on flight safety in air traffic control will allow developing the safety passports that can be applied by the aviation authorities during the certification inspections of air navigation service providers to compare the normative and actual indicators of their activities promptly and qualitatively.","PeriodicalId":404334,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 5th International Conference on Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control (MSNMC)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123719173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The quality of the control of a quadrocopter (or another multicopter system) depends on the control system. Since the battery charge and the external environment are not unchanged during the use of the multicopter, the behavior of such a system may change and the quadrocopter may cease to satisfy the quality of control that was laid during its assembly. In this paper, we consider a variant of a robust regulator of a multi-rotor aircraft, which preserves the accuracy of control of a quadcopter while execution an energy audit task.","PeriodicalId":404334,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 5th International Conference on Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control (MSNMC)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114318924","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
