In this work, the methods of information reservation are reviewed and it is proposed to create a device for increasing the reliability of data on the basis of parallel-serial information reservation. The results of mathematical modeling of the device operation are presented in the work. The development and use of such a device will improve the accuracy of determining navigation parameters by increasing the reliability of data that come from various navigation sensors and systems.","PeriodicalId":404334,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 5th International Conference on Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control (MSNMC)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128858850","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A feature of the system lies in using nonorthogonal measuring instrument. The design of a controller was carried out by means of the robust structural synthesis. Such an approach requires development of the mathematical model of a plant. Therefore models of the longitudinal and lateral motion of an unmanned aerial vehicle were obtained. These models take into consideration nonorthogonal redundant measuring system, which includes rate gyroscopes based on technology of microelectromechanical systems. Matrices of state, control, observation in the state space were obtained using AeroSim Technology. Results of synthezied system simulation are represented. The obtained results can be useful for moving vehicles of the wide class.","PeriodicalId":404334,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 5th International Conference on Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control (MSNMC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123726055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It leads to system performance degradation including the faultless probability decrease. This paper covers the development and investigation of redundant system diagnostics mathematical model. This model takes into consideration the diagnosing tool credibility characteristics, monitoring periodicity and the system imperfect quality at functioning initial time instance. Diagnosing tool performs the system operability indication function after switching to last redundant unit but not the unit switching function. This excludes the impact of the “false fault” type monitoring errors and improves the system reliability.","PeriodicalId":404334,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 5th International Conference on Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control (MSNMC)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121895795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Represented approach fuses data from DME/DME, VOR/DME, and VOR/VOR in order to provide the optimal selection of positioning method and optimal pair of navigational aids for particular point of airspace. Optimization problem is represented as objective function and constraints in terms of integer linear programming. Positioning performance characteristics, such as accuracy and availability, were used for formulation of objective function. An availability of navigational aids is estimated using information from database about navigational aids and their standard service volumes. Verification of proposed approach is performed with a help of computer-based simulation using flight track data.","PeriodicalId":404334,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 5th International Conference on Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control (MSNMC)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128317442","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Blob analysis provides the separation of detected object by morphological criterion (mostly minimum area threshold is used) and is used to determine the region of interest for further selection of feature points.
