Kapoe","doi":"10.30605/perbal.v10i2.1761","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30605/perbal.v10i2.1761","url":null,"abstract":"Gulma merupakan tumbuhan liar yang tumbuh di antara tanaman budidaya padi sawah yang tidak dikehendaki keberadaannya karena dapat merugikan tanaman budidaya dalam persaingan kebutuhan unsur hara yang dapat menimbulkan penurunan hasil panen petani. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan nilai penting gulma pada lahan tanaman padi sawah di Desa Umbu Pabal Selatan, Kabupaten Sumba Tengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari - Maret 2022. Pengambilan sampel di lakukan di 15 titik pada 3 lokasi yang berbeda yang di tentukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan ukuran 1x1 meter. Hasil identifikasi jenis gulma secara umum terdapat 8 jenis gulma yaitu Cyperus iria, Cyperus disfformis, Fimbristylis miliacia, Fimbristylis dichomata, Cuphea carthagenesis, Monochoria vaginalis, Echinochloa colona L. dan Echinochloa crus- galli. Berdasarkan perhitungan niali penting di peroleh 3 jenis gulma dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu gulma F. miliacia dengan nilai 80, 50%, C.  iria L. 51,93% dan gulma C. disfformis dengan nilai 50,74% serta gulma paling rendah adalah gulma C. carthagenesis 12,22%. \u0000Weeds are wild plants that grow among rice cultivation plants. It can harm cultivated plants because of competition in nutrient absorption and finally decreasing yields. This research was conducted to identify the types and importance of weeds in lowland rice fields in Umbu Pabal Selatan Village, Central Sumba Regency. This research was conducted in February to March 2022. Sampling was carried out at 15 points at 3 different locations determined by the purposive sampling method with a size of 1x1 meter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai rawit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Simbang Kabupaten Maros, yang berlangsung pada bulan Juni-September 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan yaitu: P0: Kontrol (tanpa perlakuan), P1: Pemberian pupuk kandang ayam 30 ton/Ha, P2: Pemberian pupuk kandang sapi 30 ton/Ha. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebayak 6 kali sehingga diperoleh 18 unit percobaan. Parameter yang diamati yakni tinggi tanaman, waktu berbunga, bobot segar, jumlah cabang, bobot per petak dan bobot per hektar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk kandang ayam 30 kg/Ha memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada tinggi tanaman yakni 66,33 cm, waktu berbunga tercepat yakni 36.33 hari setelah tanam, bobot segar per tanaman yakni 283,66 g, jumlah cabang yakni 15,50, bobot segar per petak yakni 3,4 kg dan produksi per hektar yakni 6,81 ton. \u0000Being a good business opportunities, chilli pepper (Capsicum frutescens L. ) is one of the fruit vegetables from the Solanaceae family that has very high economic value. This research aims to determine the effect of giving chicken and cow manure to the growth and production of chilli pepper. This research was conducted in Simbang sub-district, Maros Regency, which took place in June-September 2021. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD). which consisted of 3 treatments, namely: P0 (control (without treatment), P1: Application of chicken manure 30 tons/ha, P2: application of cow manure 30 tons/ha. Each treatment was repeated 6 times to obtain 18 experimental units. Parameters observed were plant height, flowering time, fresh weight, number of branches, weight per plot and weight per hectare. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian mulai tahap observasi, pengumpulan data, hingga penulisan laporan kurang lebih selama 5 bulan (Juni-November 2021). Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder.  Data primer diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara langsung terhadap petani responden dengan bantuan instrumen quesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai instansi pemerintah yang terkait. Teknik analisis data mengunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana data kualitatif dibutuhkan untuk menjelaskan aspek non finansial, sedangkan data kuantitatif dibutuhkan untuk aspek finansial dan kelayakan usaha yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan rumus matematis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rata-rata pendapatan usahatani padi ladang sebesar Rp.9.720.000/produksi dengan rata-rata nilai R/C ratio usahatani yaitu 2,9. Oleh karena itu, usahatani padi ladang di Desa Tampalang dapat dikatakan menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan. \u0000This study aims to analyze the income and feasibility of field rice business based on the agricultural cultivation system run by farmers in Tappalang village, Tapalang sub-district, Mamuju regency. The implementation of research activities starting from the observation stage, data collection, to report writing for approximately 5 months (June-November 2021). The data collected in the study were primary data and secondary data.  Primary data was obtained from the results of observations and direct interviews with respondent farmers with the help of questioner instruments, while secondary data were obtained from various relevant government agencies. Data analysis techniques use a quantitative descriptive approach, where qualitative data is needed to explain non-financial aspects, while quantitative data is needed for financial aspects and business feasibility obtained using mathematical formulas. The results showed that the average income of farmed rice fields was Rp.9,720,000 / production with an average R / C value of the farm business ratio of 2.9. Pengendalian yang paling sering dilakukan petani yaitu pengendalian dengan senyawa kimia sintetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenghasilkan salah satu cara pengendalian hama Thrips dengan memanfaatkan ekstrak tanaman babadotan, pepaya dan sirsak. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 7 perlakuan dimana 6 perlakuan dengan ekstrak tanaman dan 1 kontrol. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis varian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pestisida nabati dari ekstrak daun tanaman sirsak dengan konsentrasi 75 % berpengaruh terhadap populasi Thrips. Rata-rata populasi hama Thrips pada tanaman cabai yang diaplikasikan ekstrak daun sirsak 75 % sebesar 0,94 ekor jauh lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan kontrol sebesar 5,18 ekor. \u0000One of the main pest of chili difficult to control was from Thrips pest. The control most often done by farmers is control with synthetic chemical compounds. This study aims to produce a method of controlling the Thrips pest by utilizing plant extracts of babadotan, papaya, and soursop. This study consisted of seven treatments, where six were with plant extracts and one was a control. The design used in this study was a randomized block design (RAK). The collected data was analyzed using the analysis of variance. The results showed that botanical pestisida from soursop leaf extract with a concentration of 75% affected the Thrips population. Aminah","doi":"10.30605/perbal.v10i2.1821","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30605/perbal.v10i2.1821","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian campuran bawang putih dan garam terhadap keripik sukun setelah perendaman berdasarkan tingkat kematangan buah sukun (Artocarpus communis, Forst), yang dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kimia dan Nutrisi Makanan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar pada bulan Juni hingga Juli 2021. Data yang diperoleh diolah secara Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian bawang putih dan garam dengan perbandingan: tanpa bawang putih dan garam (B1); 5% bawang putih (B2); 5% bawang putih : 0,2% garam (B3); dan 0,2% garam (B4); yang diberikan pada buah sukun muda (A1), sukun tua (A2) dan sukun masak (A3). Parameter yang dianalisis adalah kadar air, kadar pati, kadar abu dan uji organoleptik yaitu warna, rasa dan aroma. Semakin tua buah sukun sebagai bahan pembuatan keripik dengan memberikan bawang putih semakin banyak dan tanpa garam, akan meningkatkan kadar pati (0.039) dan mengurangi kadar abu (1.283) pada keripik sukun, tetapi keripik sukun yang dibuat dari buah yang masak dengan penambahan bawang putih dan garam yang semakin banyak, akan mengurangi kandungan kadar air pada keripik (4.084). Pada uji organoleptik, maka respon panelis terhadap keripik sukun yang dibuat dari buah sukun masak yang diberi bawang putih 5% tetapi tidak diberi garam merupakan keripik yang lebih disukai dibanding perlakuan lainnya untuk semua parameter baik warna, rasa maupun aroma. \u0000This study aims to see the effect of giving a mixture of garlic and salt to breadfruit chips after soaking based on the maturity level of breadfruit (Artocarpus communis, Forst), which was carried out at the Laboratory of Chemistry and Animal Food Nutrition, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Hasanuddin University Makassar from June to July 2021. The data obtained were processed in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications. The treatments used in this study were garlic and salt in a ratio of non garlic and salt (B1); 5% garlic (B2); 5% garlic : 0,2% salt (B3); and 0,2% salt (B4); which were given to young breadfruit (A1); old breadfruit (A2); and cooked breadfruit (A3). Parameters analyzed were water content, starch, ash and organoleptic tests, namely colour, taste and aroma. The older the breadfruit as an ingredient for making chips by adding more garlic and without salt, it will increase the starch content (0.039) and reduce the ash content (1.283) of the breadfruit chips, but the breadfruit chips made from ripe fruit with the addition of more garlic and salt will reduce the water content of the chips (4.084). Paramater yang dianalisa dalam penelitian ini adalah bau, warna, BOD, COD, TSS, Ph, suhu, DO, Fe dan Mn, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental skala laboratorium. Hasil penelitian pada parameter bau sebelum dan sesudah penyaringan tidak berbau, parameter warna sebelum penyaringan adalah 133 mg/l dan setelah penyaringan terjadi penurunan menjadi 52 mg/l, parameter BOD sebelum disaring 12,1 mg/l dan setelah disaring menghasilkan penurunan menjadi 2,8, mg/l, pada parameter COD sebelum penyaringann yaitu 36,6 mg/L setelah penyaringan terjadi penurunan menjadi 8,1 mg/l, parameter TSS sebelum penyaringan 5 mg/l dan setelah penyaringan menjadi 7 mg/l, pH sebelum dilakukan penyaringan 7,79 dan hasil mengalami penaikan setelah dilakukan penyaringan 8,22, Suhu sebelum dilakukan penyaringan  26 o C dan setelah di lakukan penyaringan hasil tetap sama yaitu 26oC, parameter DO sebelum penyaringan  7,6 mg/L setelah dilakukan penyaringan  menjadi 7,52 mg/L, parameter Fe sebelum penyaringan  adalah <0,0009 mg/l setelah dilakukan penyaringan  terjadi perubahan menjadi 0,01mg/L, parameter Mn sebelum penyaringan sebeesar <0,001 mg/L setelah disaring hasil menjadi  <0,001 mg/L. Dari hasil penelitian kualitas air yang ada di areal permukiman masyarakat di danau singkarak, dapat dilihat bahwa kualitas air masih layak untuk dikonsumsi Keputusan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 82 Tahun 2001 Tentang Pengelolaan Kualitas Air Dan Pengendalian Pencemaran Air Presiden Republik Indonesia. \u0000This study aims to make a water purifier using palm fiber and activated charcoal, the sample used is community settlement water. The parameters analyzed in this study were odor, color, BOD, COD, TSS, Ph, temperature, DO, Fe and Mn. This research method used a laboratory scale experimental method. The results of the research on the odor parameters before and after filtering are odorless, the color parameters before filtering are 133 mg/l and after filtering there is a decrease to 52 mg/l, the BOD parameter before filtering is 12.1 mg/l and after filtering it results in a decrease to 2, 8, mg/l, the COD parameter before filtering is 36.6 mg/L after filtering there is a decrease to 8.1 mg/l, the TSS parameter before filtering is 5 mg/l and after filtering it becomes 7 mg/l, the pH before being filtered filtering 7.79 and the results increased after filtering 8.22, the temperature before filtering was 26 oC and after filtering the results remained the same, namely 26oC, the DO parameter before filtering was 7.6 mg/L after filtering became 7.52 mg/L, the Fe parameter before filtering was <0.0009 mg/L after filtering there was a change to 0.01mg/L, the Mn parameter before filtering was <0.001 mg/L after filtering the results became <0.001 mg/L. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni : 1) mengetahui pengalokasian waktu yang digunakan petani dalam usahatani padi sawah 2) mengetahui besarnya pendapatan usahatani padi sawah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Banyuurip, Kecamatan Bone-Bone, Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Waktu pelaksanaan  selama dua bulan yakni bulan April sampai dengan Mei  2022. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode penarikan secara acak (simple random sampling).  Dengan memilih secara acak 25% dari total 180 orang petani, sehingga terpilih responden sebanyak 45 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara (observasi). Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari kantor desa, instansi terkait serta studi kepustakaan. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan alokasi tenaga kerja yang dicurahkan petani pada usahatani padi sawah di desa Banyuurip pada delapan tahapan kegiatan masing-masing untuk pengolahan lahan sebesar 19,56 HKP, pesemaian 7,76 HKP, penanaman 16,27 HKP, pemupukan 1,89 HKP, penyiangan 3,11 HKP, pemberantasan hama penyakit 2,36 HKP, panen 10,56 HKP dan pasca panen 5,02 HKP dan besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh petani dari sektor pertanian tanaman padi secara rata-rata di Desa Banyuurip dalam satu musim tanam sebesar  Rp. 14.444.953,35,-. \u0000Use of working time and the level of farmers' income is one of the important factors in rice farming to increase economic value for farmers. The aims of this study are: 1) determine the allocation of time used by farmers in lowland rice farming 2) determine the amount of lowland rice farming income. This research was conducted in Banyuurip Village, Bone-Bone District, North Luwu Regency. The implementation time is two months, from April to May 2022. The sample determination uses the simple random sampling method. By randomly selecting 25% of a total of 180 farmers, 45 people were selected. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through interviews (observation). Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from the village office, related agencies and literature studies. Terbatasnya ketersediaan TSS di Indonesia, sehingga perlu adanya upaya dalam mendukung produksi TSS khususnya di Sulawesi Selatan.   Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah: untuk mengetahui potensi varietas Bima Brebes dan Trisula dalam menghasilkan biji botani di Kabupaten Gowa dengan ketinggian > 1.300 meter di atas Permukaan laut (mdpl). Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pattapang, Kecamatan Tinggimoncong, Kabupaten Gowa, mulai bulan April  hingga November 2018. Kegiatan pengembangan TSS menggunakan varietas Bima Brebes dan Trisula. Umbi divernalisasi pada suhu 10 oC selama 30 hari. Sebelum tanam, benih direndam larutan BAP selama satu jam dengan konsentrasi 37,5 ppm. Perendaman benih dalam larutan BAP dilakukan setiap 100 kg benih direndam dalam 80 l larutan BAP (3 g BAP/80 l air). pemasangan mulsa hitam perak diatas bedengan dengan jarak lubang tanam 20 cm x 20 cm dengan jumlah umbi satu per lubang tanam. Naungan menggunakan plastik putih transparan dipasang setelah 1 MST untuk melindungi bunga dari angin dan hujan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa varietas Bima Brebes mampu menghasilkan bunga sampai 6,7 umbel/rumpun namun sangat sedikit menghasilkan kapsul (biji), sedangkan Trisula menghasilkan umbel bunga rata-rata 9,6 umbel/rumpun. Total produksi pada varietas Trisula mencapai 15 kg/3.000 m2, sedangkan produksi Bima Brebes hanya 2,0 kg/3000 m2. \u0000True Seed of Shallot has the potential to be developed to replace shallot bulbs as seeds. The limited availability of TSS in Indonesia, so that efforts are needed to support TSS production, especially in South Sulawesi. The objectives of this activity are: to determine the potential of the Bima Brebes and Trisula varieties in producing botanical seeds in Gowa Regency with an altitude of > 1,300 meters above sea level (masl). The activity was carried out in Pattapang Village, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency, from April to November 2018. TSS development activities used the Bima Brebes and Trisula varieties. Tubers were vernalized at 10 oC for 30 days. Before planting, the seeds were soaked in BAP solution for one hour with a concentration of 37.5 ppm. Soaking the seeds in BAP solution is done every 100 kg of seeds are immersed in 80 l of BAP solution (3 g BAP/80 l of water). installation of silver black mulch on the bed with a spacing of 20 cm x 20 cm with a number of tubers per planting hole. The shade using transparent white plastic is installed after 1 MST to protect the flowers from wind and rain. The results showed that the Bima Brebes variety was able to produce flowers up to 6.7 umbels/clump but produced very few capsules (seeds), while Trisula produced an average of 9.6 umbels/clump. Sehingga, menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pendapatan petani, yang berdampak terhadap perubahan tingkat kesejahteraannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menghitung pendapatan dan besaran pengeluaran petani padi sawah pada masa Pandemi Covid-19; dan 2) mengukur besaran tingkat kesejahteraan petani padi sawah pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Jumlan responden yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang petani padi sawah, diambil secara snowball sampling. Analisis data meliputi: pendapatan total; pengeluaran total; indikator kesejahteraan berdasarkan Nilai Tukar Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Petani dan indikator pengeluaran pangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendapatan terbesar adalah usahatani padi (on farm) sebesar Rp 3,694,373.38 (86.35 %), dengan pengeluaran terbesar adalah terhadap pangan sebesar Rp 1,154,136.67 (60.26 %). Indikator kesejahteraan petani, berada pada tingkat sejahtera dengan nilai NTPRTP 2,23, berdasarkan pengeluaran pangan berada pada tingkat sejahtera tinggi, dengan rata-rata sebesar 26,98 %.  \u0000The agricultural sector of Padang City has not been spared the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak, marked by a decrease in production of lowland rice plants. Thus, causing changes in farmers' income, which has an impact on changes in their level of welfare. The objectives of this study are 1) to calculate the income and expenditure of lowland rice farmers during the Covid-19 Pandemic; and 2) measuring the level of welfare of lowland rice farmers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses primary and secondary data. The number of respondents used were 30 rice farmers, taken by snowball sampling. Data analysis includes: total revenue; total expenditure; welfare indicators based on Farmer Household Income Exchange Rates and food expenditure indicators. The results showed that the largest income was rice farming (on farm) of Rp. 3,694,373.38 (86.35 %), with the largest expenditure being on food of Rp. 1,154,136.67 (60.26 %),. Harga bawang merah menunjukkan tren perkembangan harga yang berfluktuatif setiap bulannya. Harga rata-rata ditingkat produsen cenderung stabil jika dibandingkan dengan harga rata-rata ditingkat konsumen. Transmisi harga ditingkat konsumen perlu ditransmisikan langsung ke tingkat produsen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui transmisi harga bawang merah ditingkat produsen dan kosumen di Sulawesi Selatan dengan menggunakan data time series bulanan harga bawang merah dari Januari 2018 sampai Desember 2020, yang meliputi data harga ditingkat petani (produsen) dan harga ditingkat konsumen (pedesaan) dan data harga konsumen (Kota Makassar). Model yang digunakan untuk menganalisis transmisi harga bawang merah yaitu Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM), Uji Stationeritas, Uji Penentuan Lag Optimum, Uji Kestabilan Estimasi VAR, Uji Kausalitas Granger dan Uji Kointegrasi. Hasil penelitian transmisi harga bawang merah ditingkat produsen dan tingkat konsumen (Kota Makassar) dan konsumen (pedesaan) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan simetri dalam jangka pendek yang ditunjukkan oleh respon perubahan harga yang langsung ditransmisikan ke tingkat produsen dan terdapat hubungan jangka panjang antara produsen dan konsumen bawang merah di Sulawesi Selatan. \u0000Onion are a sub-sector of agriculture that plays an important role in economic growth. The price of onions shows a trend of price development that fluctuates every month. The average price at the producer level tends to be stable when compared to the average price at the consumer level. So the transmission of prices at the consumer level needs to be transmitted directly to the producer level. The purpose of this study was to determine the transmission of onion prices at the producer and consumer levels in South Sulawesi using Monthly Time Series data on Shallot Prices from January 2018 to December 2020, which included Price data at the Farmer (Producer) level and Prices at the Consumer (Rural) level and Consumer Price Data (Makassar City). The models used to analyze onion price transmission are the Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM), Stationerity Test, Optimum Lag Determination Test, VAR Estimation Stability Test, Granger Causality Test and Cointegration Test.
