Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah pengeringan 28 jam, pengeringan 35 jam, pengeringan 42 jam, pengeringan 49 jam. Parameter yang diamati meliputi kadar air, gula total, kadar abu dan uji organoleptik terhadap warna, rasa, aroma, dan tekstur pada pisang sale. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), apabila ada beda nyata dipakai uji lanjut BNJ pada tarif 1%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lama pengeringan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar air, kadar abu dan gula total. Uji tingkat kesukaan terhadap warna, aroma, rasa dan tekstur yang paling disukai oleh panelis adalah perlakuan A1 pengeringan 28 jam. \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of drying time on the physicochemical characteristics and the level of panelists' acceptance of the banana sale produced. This research was conducted using 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments in question are drying 28 hours, drying 35 hours, drying 42 hours, drying 49 hours. Parameters observed included water content, total sugar, ash content and organoleptic tests on color, taste, aroma, and texture on sale bananas. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD), if there was a significant difference, the BNJ further test was used at a rate of 1%. The results of this study indicate that drying time has a very significant effect on water content, ash content and total sugar. In addition, corn can also be used as animal feed. There are many factors that affect the sustainability of corn cultivation. The purpose of this study were: (1) analyzing the sustainability of corn cultivation in Herlang of Bulukumba district; (2) analyzing the sensitive attributes to the sustainability of corn cultivation in Herlang of Bulukumba district. Based on the results of the analysis, the sustainability index value of corn cultivation were: ecological dimension 61.10%, social and cultural dimension 53.73% with a quite sustainable category, while the economic dimension is 40.15%. infrastructure and technology dimensions 44.12% and legal and institutional 44.59% with less sustainable categories. The results of the analysis of leverage 51 attributes, there are 17 sensitive attributes that affect the sustainability of corn in Herlang district, Bulukumba regency. Benih timun lokal Madura ini mempunyai ciri khusus dibandingkan dengan mentimun Jawa yaitu mengandung air yang cukup banyak dan biji yang sangat banyak. Petani di Indonesia banyak menanam varietas mentimun introduksi karena memiliki buah yang lebih besar dan seragam, akan tetapi benih ini tidak dapat ditanam kembali pada periode tanam berikutnya. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya khusus untuk memperbaiki sifat genetik benih pada tanaman mentimun melalui pemuliaan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan nilai LD50 serta menngetahui dan mendapatkan hasil pertumbuhan dari tanaman mentimun lokal Madura yang di iradiasi sinar Gamma Cobalt-60. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Burneh, Kecamatan Burneh, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai pada bulan Mei 2021 sampai bulan Juni 2021. Terdiri dari 11 taraf dengan kode D0 tanpa iradiasi (0Gy/ kontrol), D1 (100Gy), D2 (200Gy), D3 (300Gy), D4 (400Gy), D5 (500Gy), D6 (600Gy), D7 (700Gy), D8 (800Gy), D9 (900Gy), D10 (1000Gy). Terdapat 11 petak percobaan dan menggunakan single plant yang merupakan menaman tanpa adanya ulangan di lingkungan pertanaman yang sama dengan analisis uji t taraf 5% dan 1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dosis iradiasi sinar gamma Cobalt-60 mendapatkan nilai Lethal Dose 20 (LD20) sebesar 306,752 Gy dan Lethal Dose 50 (LD50) sebesar 690,92 Gy. Iradiasi sinar gamma Cobalt-60 berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi pada parameter tinggi tanaman, bobot buah dan panjang buah pada mentimun lokal Madura. \u0000This Madura local cucumber has the advantage of having a large shape and savory taste. These local Madura cucumber seeds have special characteristics compared to Javanese cucumbers, namely they contain a lot of water and a lot of seeds. Farmers in Indonesia plant a lot of introduced cucumber varieties because they have larger and uniform fruits, but these seeds cannot be planted again in the next planting period. Therefore, it is necessary to make special efforts to improve the genetic characteristics of seeds in cucumber plants through plant breeding. This study aims to determine and obtain the LD50 value and to determine and obtain the growth yield of local Madura cucumber plants irradiated by Gamma Cobalt-60 rays. This research was conducted in Burneh Village, Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency. The time of the research starts from May 2021 to June 2021. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan ±4 bulan mulai dari bulan September sampai Desember 2021 bertempat di Desa Palopo Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Faktorial Dua Faktor dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan faktor pertama kombinasi media tanam terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu tanah + pupuk kandang + sekam bakar (m1) dan tanah + pupuk kandang + pasir (m2) dan faktor kedua pupuk organik cair (POC) terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu kontrol (p0); konsentrasi POC 3 ml / 1 liter air (p1); konsentrasi POC 5 ml / 1 liter air (p2) dan konsentrasi POC 7 ml / 1 liter air (p3). Perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali sehingga terdapat 24 unit polibag pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan m2 memberikan hasil terbaik pada rata-rata tinggi tanaman yaitu 24,50 cm dan bobot segar dengan nilai rata-rata 53,83 gram/tanaman. \u0000This study aims to determine the yield of celery with a combination of planting media and liquid organic fertilizer. This research was carried out for ± 4 months starting from September to December 2021 at Palopo Village, Marisa District, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. This study used a two-factor factorial design in a randomized block design with the first factor being a combination of planting media consisting of two levels, namely soil + manure + burnt husk (m1) and soil + manure + sand (m2) and the second factor was liquid organic fertilizer (POC). ) consists of four levels, namely control (p0); POC concentration 3 ml/1 liter of water (p1); POC concentration of 5 ml/1 liter of water (p2) and POC concentration of 7 ml/1 liter of water (p3). The treatment was repeated three times so that there were 24 observation polybag units. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan petani dengan tingkat signifikansi 95% secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan petani dalam adopsi program Perluasan Areal Tanam Baru (PATB) di Desa Ngargotirto. Secara parsial variabel umur, pengalaman berusaha tani, dan pendidikan formal tidak berpengaruh signifikan, dengan variabel pendidikan nonformal, sumber informasi, peran pendamping, dan dukungan pemerintah secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan petani dalam adopsi program Perluasan Areal Tanam Baru (PATB) di Desa Ngargotirto. \u0000This study aims to examine the factors that influence farmers' decision-making in the adoption of the New Planting Area Expansion (PATB) program in Ngargotirto Village. This research method is a quantitative method with survey techniques. The sampling technique of this study is proportionate stratified random sampling. This method of research analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that factors that influence farmers' decision-making with a significance rate of 95% simultaneously had a significant effect on farmers' decision-making in the adoption of the New Planting Area Expansion (PATB) program in Ngargotirto Village. Padahal lobak memiliki manfaat yang cukup baik untuk kesehatan, diantaranya untuk menekan senyawa kolesterol di dalam makanan sehingga lobak memiliki prospek yang cukup baik untuk dikembangkan. Salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan produksi lobak adalah memberikan pupuk yang mengandung unsur hara makro dan mikro yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh POC batang pisang dan kompos kulit jengkol terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman lobak putih (Raphanus sativus L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2020 sampai bulan April 2020 di Jl. Meteorologi Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara Medan dengan ketinggian tempat ± 27 mdpl. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial, terdiri dari 2 faktor yang diteliti dengan 3 ulangan 16 kombinasi dan 48 plot. Faktor pertama: Pemberian POC Batang Pisang (P) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu P0 : Kontrol, P1 : 150 ml/l air/plot, P2 : 300 ml/l air/plot, P3 : 450 ml/l air/plot. Faktor kedua : Pemberian Kompos Kulit Jengkol (K) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu K0 : Kontrol, K1 : 0,5 kg/plot, K2: 1 kg/plot, K3 : 1,5 kg/plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POC batang pisang dan kompos kulit jengkol serta kedua interaksi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. \u0000Radish is one of the vegetables that has not been cultivated intensively by farmers in Indonesia. Even though radishes have benefits that are quite good for health, including to suppress cholesterol compounds in food so that radishes have good prospects for development. One of the efforts to increase radish production is to provide fertilizers containing appropriate macro and micro nutrients for plant growth. This study aims to determine the effect of POC banana stems and jengkol peel compost on the growth and yield of white radish (Raphanus sativus L.). This research was conducted from January 2020 to April 2020 on Jl. Meteorology Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, Medan with an altitude of ± 27 meters above sea level. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK), consisting of 2 factors studied with 3 replications, 16 combinations and 48 plots. The first factor: POC Banana Stem (P) consisted of 4 levels, namely P0: Control, P1: 150 ml/l water/plot, P2: 300 ml/l water/plot, P3: 450 ml/l water/plot. The second factor: Giving Jengkol Skin Compost (K) consisted of 3 levels, namely K0: Control, K1: 0.5 kg/plot, K2: 1 kg/plot, K3: 1.5 kg/plot. The first factor was manure which consisted of 3 treatment levels P0 (control/without manure), P1 (soil + cow manure 2:2), and P2 (soil + goat manure 2:1). The second factor was the variety which consisted of 3 treatment levels V1 (kumala variety), V2 (dora variety), and V3 (pakcoy variety). The results of the study did not show any interaction between the treatment of manure and varieties with all observed variables. The addition of manure had a significant effect on the number of leaves at 29 DAP and root length. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif eksploratif dengan teknik observasi lapangan dan pembuatan aplikasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada Tahun 2021 di beberapa wilayah penghasil singkong terbesar di Provinsi Gorontalo meliputi Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Kabupaten Gorontalo dan Kota Gorontalo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan data penyebaran hama kutu putih singkong Phenacoccus manihoti di Provinsi Gorontalo dan nilai intensitas serangan tertinggi pada Limboto Barat, Kabupaten Gorontalo senilai 60%. Ditampilkan pada sebuah aplikasi untuk mengetahui keberadaan hama. Selain itu dibuat dalam pemetaan agar mampu memudahkan penyuluh dalam melakukan tindakan pengendalian hama untuk membantu petani. \u0000The aims of this research getting data of spread population P. manihoti on cassava land in Gorontalo province and then make application the spread of pest. Methods used is exploratory descriptive methods with techniques of observation field and makin the application. The research was done 2021 in several area cassava largest producer in Gorontalo Province (Bone Bolango District, Gorontalo District and Gorontalo City). Based on the results, get the data on spread of pink cassava mealybug P. manihoti in Gorontalo Province and the higest attack intensity value was in West Limboto, Gorontalo District approx. 60%. Displayed on an application to find out the presence of pests. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei – Agustus 2021. Tahapan penelitian dengan menggunakan survey dan monitoring dengan metode scouting. Pengambilan Sampel setiap area pertanaman diambil contoh sampel tanaman jagung yang ditentukan secara sistematik. Sampel yang ditemukan dilapangan diambil dan dimasukkan kedalam wadah plastik untuk diidentifikasi bioekologi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa S. frugiperda sudah menyerang tanaman jagung pada fase generatif dan vegetatif di semua Kelurahan dan Desa di Kecamatan Sabbangparu. Karakter spesifik yang terdapat pada S. frugiperda berupa huruf “Y” terbalik pada kapsul kepala dan pola titik hitam pada abdomen (titik empat dan trapesium). Stadia pertumbuhan yang diperoleh dilapangan yaitu stadia larva dan imago. \u0000The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution pattern of S. frugiperda in Sabbangparu sub-district, Wajo district. The research was carried out in May – August 2021. The research stages used surveys and monitoring with the scouting method. Sampling of each planting area, samples of corn plants were determined systematically. Samples found in the field were taken and put into plastic containers for bioecological identification. The survey results show that S. frugiperda has attacked maize plants in the generative and vegetative phases in all sub-districts and villages in Sabbangparu sub-district. Specific characters found in S. frugiperda are inverted “Y” letter on the head capsule and black dot pattern on the abdomen (four dots and trapezoid). Disamping itu kakao juga berperan dalam mendorong pengembangan wilayah dan pengembangan agroindustri, khususnya daerah Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, dan Sulawesi Selatan. Sebagai komoditas terpenting ketiga setelah karet dan kelapa sawit, kakao merupakan salah satu sumber utama pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Optimalisasi pemanfaatan kotoran kelelawar terhadap pertumbuhan sambung pucuk tanaman kakao klon M-45. (2) Untuk mengetahui dosis kotoran kelelawar yang efektif terhadap pertumbuhan sambung pucuk tanaman kakao klon M-45. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan Percobaan I Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo, di Kelurahan To’ Bulung, Kecamatan Bara, Kota Palopo, dimulai bulan Desember 2019 sampai Februari 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, sehingga dalam penelitian ini terdapat 24 unit percobaan, setiap unit percobaan terdapat 2 sampel tanaman sehingga terdapat 48 sampel tanaman pengamatan. Percobaan yang diberikan yaitu, P0: Tanpa perlakuan, P1: Pemberian kotoran kelelawar 225 gram, P2: Pemberian kotoran kelelawar 250 gram, P3: Pemberian kotoran kelelawar 275 gram, P4: Pemberian kotoran kelelawar 300 gram, P5: Pemberian kotoran kelelawar 325 gram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan sambung pucuk tanaman kakao Klon M-45. Perlakuan P5 dengan dosis kotoran kelelawar 325 gram memberi respon terbaik pada pertumbuhan panjang tunas: 13,88 cm, jumlah daun: 14,50 helai, diameter tunas: 1,08 cm. Hari muncul tunas terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan P2: 16,00. Hal ini diduga karena terpenuhinya unsur hara terhadap pertumbuhan sambung pucuk tanaman kakao klon M-45. \u0000Cocoa is one of the plantation commodities whose role is quite important for the national economy, especially as a provider of employment, a source of income and foreign exchange. Besides that, cocoa also plays a role in encouraging regional development and agro-industry development, especially in Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and South Sulawesi. As the third most important commodity after rubber and oil palm, cocoa is one of the main sources of income for farmers. This study aims to determine: (1) Optimizing the use of bat manure on the growth of shoot grafting of the M-45 clone of cocoa plants. (2) To determine the effective dose of bat manure on the growth of shoot grafting of M-45 clones of cocoa.
