Therefore, the grid code requirements are more and more restrictive concerning the necessity that the wind turbine to remain connected to the grid during a fault situation. This paper analyzes the possibilities to have more accurate wind generation transient stability models for fixed speed wind turbined and variable speed wind turbines. Wind system using a fixed-speed wind power generator SCIG (FSIG) cannot stay connected to the grid during faults because they cannot deliver reactive power causing a voltage drop and even voltage instability. To respect the recent grid codes and to improve the low voltage ride through capability of fixed-speed wind power generatorthis paper proposes a new control capability of PI technique method for a variable-speed wind power doubly-fed induction generator located close of the grid. The proposed control method of both grid-side converter and rotor-side converter enables the doubly fed induction generator to regulate the reactive power consumed by the fixed-speed wind power generator. There was argued the geometry of hydrodynamic profiles of blades efficient in terms of energy conversion efficiency based on which original concepts of hydrodynamic rotors were developed. The source of this lack of motivation comes from the distribution of high school students. This assignment creates marginalization for a large number of students. Exit from marginalization can be accomplished through additional motivation. This is the responsibility of the competence assessment system. The proposed system is based on Bloom's taxonomy, with the questions being based on Bloom's verbs. It results an adaptive test system where questions are tailored to each individual's level of training. Another condition for generating motivation is to waive the confidentiality of ratings. The main argument is that this confidentiality supports mediocrity. A tonic competition is preferred. The author's experience demonstrates that this kind of competition is possible, especially using the gamefication. There is also the graphical image of the evolution of competence assessed, called the trajectory in the competence field. This makes the tracking of the actual maximum power point (MPP) a difficult task. Moreover, most of the existing maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is unable to extract maximum power from the PV array under partial shading conditions. In this paper, a novel FLC method has been presented to track the global maximum power point (GMPP) of PV. The proposed technique is based on the output current of the photovoltaic system (PVS). Compared with the P&O method, The proposed FLC method can quickly find GMPP and avoid much energy loss due to blind scan. Thermal energy transport and distribution from the above mentioned sources is provided through the appropriate loops by means of thermal thoroughfare network, distribution and in-house. In CSTES they continue to use the adjustment of the temperature of thermal agent related to the load graph maintaining a constant flow rate. Such a regime is called quality regime of adjustment of the thermal load. The main task is in the transfer to the method of quality-and-quantity adjusting of thermal agent supply related to the outdoor temperature and to the thermal load. At the same time, the operation of all the sources to one common loop has been proposed. Four operating regimes were considered (acceleration, running at constant speed, normal and respectively regenerative braking). 6 data sets consisting of 3 consecutive periods were considered as representative for this study and analyzed: one per each of the first 3 mentioned operating regimes and 3 for the regenerative braking. Fast Fourier Transform) and Wavelet Packet Transform were used to evaluate the harmonic spectra, Discrete Wavelet Transform was used to plot the instantaneous variations over frequency ranges of the distortions and all methods were used to evaluate the 3 major root mean square values (for fundamental frequency, for distorting residue and total). Total harmonic distortions were also evaluated. The results yielded by different methods were compared. A good convergence of methods was noticed. The transition to the hardware description of the system is achieved by translating the TSPN into Timed Hard Petri Net (THPN).
