This technique allows tracking the MPP consequently for the different operating condition of radiation and temperature. The FSMC is simulated with Matlab/Simulink environment and compared with the perturb and observe (P&O) method. However its decommissioning encounters several problems, related to the shortage of power generation in the republic, and to the difficulty of ensuring the thermal load during the summer time. A reasonable solution would be to disassemble the medium pressure boilers and replace them with gas turbine and recovery boilers installations, at the same time keeping the existing steam turbines and electrical equipment. Two gas turbines with 16 … 38 MW capacity and 35 … 40% electrical efficiency can be installed in the boiler's space. Recovery boilers would produce steam for the existing turbines increasing the electrical power by 10 … 14% and the electrical efficiency up to 39 … 45%. The volume of this kind of cost depends on the consumption and tariffs set by suppliers. The branches of the economy are mutually related at the stage of production and sales. A number of macroeconomic indicators, which are quite complex systems, characterizes their activities. Identify the impact on them of tariffs on energy expended and various services is quite a challenge. Nevertheless, this issue is very important, since the establishment of tariffs for energy, material resources and services is sometimes carried out without taking into account their influence on the final macroeconomic indicators and the welfare of the population. In this article, an attempt is made to highlight the impact of tariffs on the main macroeconomic indicators of the economy. It turned out that the higher the tariffs, the greater the intermediate consumption and the lower the gross added value and the volume of the gross domestic product, as well as the volume of final consumption. The use of underloaded electrical power transformers is an important factor in the operation of electrical installations at a power factor (cosϕ) below the one permitted by national and international norms (neutral power factor), presenting multiple disadvantages both economic and financial, and technical. In this respect, replacing these transformers with some lower power (optimal for the new requirements of the consumer) is the accepted solution in practice. Thus, choosing and sizing the transformer with optimum load and reduced losses is very important for users. This paper presents a method for analyzing the optimal load of transformers based on the calculation of electrical energy transited and energy losses. The board is conceived to be easily integrated in a reconfigurable laboratory setup and includes a half bridge IGBT module, a double MOS gate driver and a PWM modulator achieved with a microcontroller. Using the microcontroller program it can be changed the PWM control technique, depending on the studied converter type, chopper or single-phase PWM inverter. Also, it can be sets the converter switched frequency, the dead time value of the complementary PWM control signals and can be adjusted the duty ratio of the transistors. The last value can be manually changed with the help of a potentiometer or can be changed via a serial communication line. When the country lack both own primary energy resources and generation capacity, being imposed to import its, and requiring for this more diversified network, having at the same time obsolete power system from the technical point of view, and not only, which was designed and constructed in the years of \"60–70 of the past century, the modernization and refurbishment measures need to be implemented. To reach a high level of energy security, a serious intervention should be done in each segment of the energy chain: generation, transmission, distribution, storage, supply and consumption. The advantage of implementation of intelligent micro grids (MG) innovational concept at the level of distribution and low voltage network for consumers energy supply have been proved worldwide. In order to initiate measures of such nature, present paper emphasizes real conditions and background in the Republic of Moldova. In the article a new hybrid technological model of modular autonomous house \"urbanrelax\" will be proposed, designed to reduce the negative effects of urbanization on the human psyche, while not causing additional harm to the ecology of the urban environment on the basis of synergy of technologies, ecology, music and psychology. Power supply system of the model for mobile modular non-commercial building up to 20 m2 with elements of a smart system, using solar and wind power with no connections to external engineering will be suggested. Design of power technological system (including heating, ventilation, lighting, light and music background, etc.) will be taking into account. The electromagnetic field generated by high-voltage overhead power lines and high-voltage equipment may be harmful, especially to those operating these installations. Taking into account the exposure time of workers in the case of maintenance in high voltage installations, there is a need for a thorough analysis of the real stress on workers and methods to reduce exposure to electromagnetic field. When using non-ferromagnetic materials, time-varying magnetic flux B determines an induced electric field in the shield material, producing an induced electric field, which will generate a magnetic field opposite to field from the outside. The shielding factor depends only on the electric conductivity of the shield material. In the case of ferromagnetic materials, the shielding factor of the shield depends on the penetration depth of the magnetic field, so depends on permeability and electric conductivity of the material. A common myth for newcomers to the espresso machine world is that the rotary vane pump, also known as the permanent displacement pumps are superior to the vibrating armature pumps. This is not always true and these two pumps, which are the most popular ones in espresso machines, are compared in this work. The numerical models of them are used in computer simulation to test in working conditions, where the same hydraulic subsystem, which simulates the extraction process, is applied to both pumps.
