Using the gradient-descent algorithm, a new optimized method for fundamental frequency evaluation was proposed. The comparison between the two methods, classic and optimized, was carried out by utilizing a sine, square and amplitude modulated wave as input. In all cases, using the optimized method the system clearly performs better.","PeriodicalId":403279,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Electromechanical and Power Systems (SIELMEN)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122336187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Heated water could be used in different industrial technological processes, also at domestic houses or office buildings to prepare hot water. In this paper it's descriebed an automatic heating system — tankless, which has the advantage to use a small dimensions and could be mount in narrow spaces. The main purpose is to maintain a higher temperature of the heated water depending on the industrial or domestic application. Coupling or decoupling at different intermediate heating steps using power resistors is achieved with static contactors which are built with thyristor in antiparallel or triacs mounted on their grids depend on output temperature. Temperatures could be measured in steady-state or transient regime. One of the goal is to obtain a higher increasing of temperature in shortly time.","PeriodicalId":403279,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Electromechanical and Power Systems (SIELMEN)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126062831","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Expanding renewable energy production is one of the measures taken to reduce emissions and the development and installation of new photovoltaic (PV) parks is the result of these measures. Unlike in the case of other methods of electricity generation, those using photovoltaic cells must operate in open space in order to capture as much as possible of the solar energy. This has the disadvantage that solar panels are continuously exposed to meteorological phenomena. In this paper we propose a system which, in association with the devices of a PV system, will allow the collection and processing of different data for the identification of possible extreme meteorological phenomena and initiation of protection measures while alerting of the appropriate decision factors.","PeriodicalId":403279,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Electromechanical and Power Systems (SIELMEN)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123773437","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The growing importance of the need for a qualitative assessment of the state of the educational process contributed to the development of one of the new scientific directions — the issue of quality management of higher education. Despite the fact that a lot of publications have appeared recently on improving the quality of education and the need to introduce its objective assessments, the discussion is mainly about assessing the individual achievements of students and about licensing, certification and accreditation of educational institutions, while the problem of assessing the quality of higher education is much deeper and more serious. The article is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of modern higher education in the context of the need for self-assessment, criteria for assessing quality are proposed.","PeriodicalId":403279,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Electromechanical and Power Systems (SIELMEN)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121241019","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because it is a modern method, it provides increased comfort in monitoring electrical circuits in the long term, as well as reduced costs of implementing and developing laboratories. This paper deals with the efficiency of virtual instruments in monitoring electrical circuits as compared to that of conventional devices. The built equipment can measure three physical measures in real time and offers graphical representations for each value. This also offers a new perspective on new trends in didactic methodology for pupils.","PeriodicalId":403279,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Electromechanical and Power Systems (SIELMEN)","volume":"448 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113967151","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
